Team 1 completed our garden room and composite deck transforming the space into a brilliant office/gym and outdoor living space. They worked tidily, conscientiously and to a very high standard. Assaf was in constant communication throughout the project ensuring that every detail was considered so we could make informed decisions as the project progressed. I would highly recommend the team and will certainly be using them again for future construction projects.

I worked with Team 1 Construction on the refurbishment of a flat in Belsize Park. Communication with Assaf was always smooth and professional, which made the entire process straightforward and well managed.

We worked with Team 1 on two different whole house projects last year. Big projects, with short lead times. They delivered. They were professional, and great to work with, communicative and with a can do attitude throughout. The team working on site were hard working, tidy and positive, were always happy to problem solve if anything came up. Nothing was too much trouble, and the attention to detail was really outstanding. I would work with Assaf, Oded and their team on any project in a heartbeat.

Absolutely fantastic builders, top quality work and a pleasure to have around.

10/10 for Team 1 Construction who installed an underground drainage system in my waterlogged garden and built a new shed and base in a different spot. A fabulous team, polite and courteous, turned up to start at 8am daily, washed all the floors before leaving each evening as all materials and debris had to come through the house, which they protected well before starting the job. Finished the work ensuring I was happy with everything. would definitely use again.

We couldn’t recommend Team 1 any higher. We did quite an extensive conversion project and the builders delivered very high quality service in the most professional and friendly way. Assaf and Oded visited the site almost daily and paid a lot of attention to details and our questions and the team of builders were very professional and friendly. This is the second time we’ve hired Team 1 Construction. The first was Feb to May 2021 - a full renovation of a 3 bed semi detached including new kitchen, bathroom, toilet, knocking down the kitchen wall for open plan kitchen/dining area, full rewiring, full flush and update of plumbing and heating, reroofing the garage, etc. The second was March 2023 - a garage to office conversion. Assaf, Oded, Zoltan and the entire team were fantastic both times - professional, knowledgeable, responsive, diligent, efficient, patient, courteous, honest and trustworthy. They deliver high quality results with fast turnover times. Assaf offered great suggestions and guidance genuinely interested in our satisfaction with each project. I won’t hesitate to hire Team 1 again. Highly recommended.

Working with Team1 Construction has been a real delight. Starting a big project and entrusting a company with this massive job and huge sums of money is really daunting. But I can say without hesitation that both the managers and the team on site have been impeccable: efficient, hardworking, paying attention to detail, polite to all the other people around including neighbours etc. They worked diligently and with great care, and while keeping good humour and making us feel safe throughout. I truly recommend Team 1 Construction wholeheartedly!

Team1 construction were amazing from start to finish. Always punctual, work was completed in timescale expected and everyone who represents them was lovely. Oded and team at Team 1 did an outstanding job renovating a central London apartment that was water damaged. He was patient throughout the insurance process. His communication throughout providing progress updates was great. He met all the deadlines and helped when additional work that was requested and went the extra mile obtaining samples etc. The job was done to an excellent quality. Both Oded and team were very friendly and I have no doubt we will use Team 1 again

What a great team at Team1 Construction. Every single one of them was enthusiastic, professional and polite. We needed a whole new deck and garden studio built which threw up problems as the old deck was raised and we saw what mess had been left by previous builders. However nothing was any ever trouble and the work was completed on time and it really does look amazing. They tided up every day and were there EVERY day. You hear horror stories of builders disappearing to go to other jobs but it just never happened. They were then bang on time (or before) every day which shows true professionalism.

We had a great experience with Team 1 Construction who recently completed a kitchen, master bedroom and en-suite bathroom refurbishment in our Victorian terraced house. Before the start, Oded and Assaf were very helpful in helping us scope out the project and came to see us several times to assess the work required. During the project, the day-to-day team on site worked very hard (including most weekends and bank holidays) and were professional with high attention to detail, friendly and making great efforts to leave the place as tidy as possible (as we were living in the house at the same time). Team 1 also helped us with an unexpected issue during the project and adapted their plans as needed. and critically, they were very good at delivering the project in the agreed timeline. We are very happy with the finished result and would 100% recommend Team 1 Construction.
