I couldn't find these anywhere in a store in Calgary, Alberta. I found the website with this Company and they had 4 available. I am a very happy customer. Can't wait to get them on my car.

I placed an order for a product shown on website and then recieved an email saying it does not fit my vehicle? And colour was different?

How can you sell something that you don't catty in stocks any more?

The customer service was quick and the agent was very easy to talk to. I got exactly what I needed quickly and did not feel rushed.

I recently purchased a new grille for my 2017 F-350 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Customer service was absolutely fantastic — they took the time to make sure I was ordering the correct part, which I really appreciated.

They were super friendly and quick to respond to all my questions, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m really looking forward to installing my new grille and I’ll definitely be back to buy more upgrades for my truck.

I have been looking for a specific product for a while now. Local dealers confirmed that buying it directly from the company is cheaper then they can offer. Buying direct with shipping, duties and US$ conversions was pretty pricey even with Black Friday sales still applicable. TDOT promised exactly as advertised, my end price saved me $400 then buying from the manufacturer and I got my order in less then a week.

Haven't had a chance to open or install it yet because of the deep winter, so I cant say anything about. But service from this company was great. Will be ordering from them again.

Purchased an exhaust system from these guys in mid November (Black Friday Week) only to be told 2 months later that they didn’t know when the order would be fulfilled. This was only after I called them to check the status of my order. Originally they had told me it would be 30-35 days from time of order.
Had I known they were weren’t able to fulfill the order, I would have purchased somewhere else that actually had stock and still been able to take advantage of Black Friday deals.
Ordered the same system from another supplier and it will be here in 2 weeks. Cost me more than it should have since I couldn’t order during Black Friday.
You shouldn’t sell product you don’t have.
First and last time I order anything from them.
Don’t waste your time with these guys.

This is my second time ordering ebc brakes kit for my 2012 Toyota Venza. They are an excellent product. The rotors are coated and performed very well. The cost is a bit above average but it is well worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my friends or anyone else for that matter. The kit was delivered in a timely manner and the packaging was excellent. I ordered numerous items in the past from TDot Performance and never had any problems. Delivery was prompt or as mentioned.

I purchased a bug deflector on sale a week later they told me it's not available and it was $25 more for something in stock. I asked them to send me a product code so I could confirm if it was the correct part. The picture looked correct, however the item I received is not the same. Their customer service department has not returned my messages and is not interested in dealing with this on a timely fashion. I guess they expect me just to wait for some future time while they have my money and hope I go away.

After this review, TDOT did respond, did the right thing and allowed me to return the product. I appreciate them following through and providing a good service to change my perception of their company. After further review with TDOT, it was determined the manufacturing page showing the bug deflector was incorrect and a generic picture for a variety of models this is in no way a fault of TDOT more so with the manufacturer.

This is a great company! Their products are excellent quality and their customer service is awesome! Delivery takes a while, but it's well worth it.

They advertise stock of wheels that they don’t even have and are discontinued just to get your money, parts engine also does this. Trust me, unfortunately I know
