1st time buyer, great hassle free experience!
I've been lurking TDot's website for a year or so and finally bit the bullet and made My 1st purchase last weekend. I bought a Hypertech tuner at a really great price and it arrived 3 days later!
I placed a call to customer service just to check on my transaction and the rep was excellent and sorted out everything.
I highly recommend TDot as a place to check out before looking anywhere else, ESPECIALLY out of country...You may just save yourself not only money, but headaches with shipping, brokerage fees and time.

Shipping is NOT always free.
Despite repeated claims that shipping is “always free,” that is not the case. If Purolator decides an additional charge applies, this retailer simply passes the cost on to the customer and shrugs it off as “not our fault.” They also incorrectly claimed my address was rural, which it is not.
Here’s how the process works: you place an order, then are told the part is “special order” and that once you confirm, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. After you agree, you are then notified that shipping is not free and that you must pay additional freight. Since cancellation is no longer allowed, you effectively have no choice but to accept the charge. They then call to collect payment for the so-called “free” shipping, and finally add tax on top of that.
This practice is misleading and leaves the customer trapped after the fact.
As for the part itself - well, Tdot didn't make it, so they get no credit for its quality; all they did was facilitate a sale, and they did that in a distasteful way.
