Our home is a 300 year old detached stone cottage. We wanted to replace the clear roofs on our two conservatories, with tiles. With uneven walls and different and difficult pitches on each roof not the easiest thing to do.
We received competent advice and regular updates through the whole process. We are delighted with the outcome, an excellent company and have recommended them to our neighbours who are planning to have their conservatory roof replaced.

This company made the process very easy, with no problems at all, the team members that worked on my conservatory were all very polite and professional.

From start to finish our experience with The Conservatory Insulation Co Ltd was first rate.
We had our conservatory roof insulated whilst retaining the glass, but with a plastered finish.
The team which did the work - Jack, Zack and Lewis, were very hardworking and pleasant. They did a great job and cleared up afterwards well. Peter the plasterer, who came the next morning was equally pleasant and skilled doing an excellent job and, again, leaving everything clean and tidy.
All the staff we interacted with, from Andrew who came to talk to us initially, to all those at the office, were also brilliant, helpful and efficient keeping us well informed throughout.

What can i say, what a company! I had my conservatory roof replaced, outer walls cladded and inner ones plastered.

From start to finish it was a success. No pushy salesman trying to get you to overspend and one willing to answer all the questions I had.

Rocky, Scott & Darren, the main guys on the job were an absolute pleasure. Non-stop work and laughter to go a long with it, the perfect combo.

As for the work itself, the conservatory turned out absolutely beautiful and all done within a week, very impressive to see.

I would advise anyone looking to refurbish their conservatory to 100% check these guys out, they saved me over £10k !!

Highly professional and excellent staff, excellent job completion. Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any work doing to their conservatory.

Do not use this company. They will lie, do a horrendous job and give you a guarantee that isn’t worth the paper it is written on. We had our conservatory roof done and we had leaks within a couple of months. We called them out and they said it was coming from the box gutters even though we had asked them to replace those. At the time they had said they didn’t need to replace them as there was no issues with them. We even had it written into the contract because we were skeptical about it but due to the wording (which they they cleverly did as they knew they were a problem but still decided not to replace) they have continuously refused to sort it out for us. Any one we have called out since has said they would need to remove the roof to complete the work and are equally shocked about the quality of the job. For having paid close to £12,000, the lack of pride of this company’s I’m their work is shocking.

From the initial consultation through to the final visit, the company provided us with a first class service. The staff were always super friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly hard working. Each morning, they were here early and on time and got on with the job straight away. The whole project was smoothly managed by Tony. Love how a WhatsApp group was opened up throughout, giving you daily updates and made you feel you had full support throughout the project. We went for a full roof replacement. We exchanged our old flimsy, draught polycarbonate roof for a fully insulated tiled roof. We then chose to have all the internal roof and walls plastered and an old internal sliding door removed. All work was carried out by the company What an incredible transformation. It has totally opened up our kitchen diner and we now have a totally streamlined space. We feel like it is now an extension to our room rather than an 'add on'. We absolutely love it. If you are looking for friendly, professional, quality service then this is the team you should choose to help transform your conservatory.

Communication throughout the experience was speedy and effective. The installation team were friendly, helpful and efficient. The plasterer finished the ceiling beautifully. The finished product was of a very high standard. We are extremely happy would highly recommend using the Conservatory Insulation Company to anybody.

Darren, Jason, Ben and Zack who were the team, did a brilliant and very professional job. Their work was of a very high standard and we were extremely pleased with the finished construction part of the project. Just the boarding and plastering to finish the job now.

I chose this company based on their reviews, customer service and communication. I just had the interior of my conservatory done - upvc ceiling, insulation and spotlights. Such a lovely job and a great team both working on the job and behind the scenes. I can't wait to feel the benefits of using this space now and will definitely be getting them to complete stage 2 (outside roof) when I'm ready. Thank you.

The roofing was done in a stunning style which left me and the family in awe.
The difference is impeccable when comparing to how it was before.

From making the initial call, following recommendation from a family member, everyone was very helpful and courteous. During the first visit all the options for insulating the conservatory roof were explained to us, we decided on a full roof replacement. There was no pressure on us to go down a set route just various options given.
We agreed on a date for the installation and the crew turned up promptly on the agreed date. The had the old roof off and new roof partially completed on the first day which meant the room was sealed and weather proof. The second day the roof was completed and the internal ceiling boarded out. The third day the plasterer arrived and plastered the ceiling.
The finished product looks great and we can feel the difference already and we are looking forward to being able to use the room all year round.
