First time dealing with this company, so I order few items - enough to get free shipping. They sent me a Tracking number that is not recognized by any American courier company and the Google review of the courier company is Alarming. It's more than 2.5 months since order was placed and tracking company shows as item delivered but no package received. If you are thinking of dealing with this company, please save your money. Company offers 30% refund for bad deal.

Tchrsy never sent my items, and fake track 718 company ,, stealing people's hard earned money and our trust in online services,, unexceptable service..

This company is Truly a scam. They take your money, for a purchase product, send a fake tracking details, no information about the carrier handling the logistics, and lie to you via email, on support help. This company can improve by getting shutdown, so no one else get caught in their scam.

Luckily I only spent $40 bucks but still I’m pissed off , like others fake tracking # and fake courier , international logistics. Never spoke to anyone but they play the long game because they make sure to send you an update when your delivery arrives which is a lie it never was shipped, but I think they are located somewhere in Texas because I got a message about having a delivery there after I gave my information. Had to change my bank information, luckily I got a good bank

BEWARE OF THIS SITE !!!!! I recently ordered somethings earlier part of June on July 2nd they said my package was delivered at 510 am now I have a ring camera and of course nothing was delivered I reached out to them and never heard back from them so They are a SCAM

This website is a total scam; they are using Macy as their name to get you to buy from them, this should be taken down and not be able to sale anything; DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

They are the usual, THE LOWEST OF THE LOW!!!!!!!

I believe this site to be a scam ,and using the name wayfair on their link .

Took me for $250 and now I am getting more scam and.

Placed an order sent them money. Never got my product. tried to contact them to find out what happened and they dont respond.

I placed an order on tchshop and an employee named Deshawn sent me a very nasty message accusing me of cancelling payment and trying to get free product.

These people appear to major crooks. These people are scam artists. I paid $200 including shipping and got NOTHING!!!

Deshawn was very unprofessional in his message to me and i am in the process of discussing this situation with my attorney.

Warning. 100% scam.
First there is a difference between the name of the site and its real URL address:
THCshop and the URL address is TCHshop.
Then the parcel tracking platform is also wrong:
ups.gatecouriermovers.com because this platform does not exist.
The phone numbers of the shipping platform were identical to another site (bestprerolls.net).

200 dollars lost for my part. Too eager to buy without doing the right checks.

SOME ONE HAS BEEN USING THIS WEB SITE TO SCAM CUSTOMERS IN THE USA .I AM ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT 39.39 AND SEVERAL MORE CHARGES WERE DONE ON MY CARD

Total scam. Do not buy. My story doesn’t matter, but I was scammed out 250.00. The phone numbers, support chat line was immediately shut down after I sent a text and told them I found out they were a scam. This internet scamming is so frustrating.

A slick, scam-built website for sure. I lost £120 to them. Avoid these criminals like the Plague.

Do not spend your money here. This is a scam sight. The site looks legit but do not be fooled.
