Ordered 2nd September and still have not received. Customer service has said the order got lost in transit and they have issued a new order. However, upon looking at the tracking number it’s the same one for my original order which the transit company never received. As of today still no change

I’m giving one star because of the poor customer service, and for two packages that never arrived because they were never sent. I ordered some underwear, and after a few weeks with no underwear showing up at my house, I requested a refund. I got it after several requests on my part. Then I got stupid, and I ordered some more, hoping that the previous experience was just a fluke. Well, now I’ve been waiting for over 20 business days, and the package has not left the Tbo facility. The customer service response has been for me to be patient. I’m not feeling patient anymore. I’m more than likely going to have to ask for another refund, because I don’t think they’re going to send my order. Then I’m sadly going to have to find a new brand of underwear. As a final note: I have actually purchased and received underwear from Tbo in a timely manner, many times. This hold up is a new phenomenon. Otherwise, I like everything about their product, except for the fact that you can’t put it in the dryer.
****UPDATE****
So the way this story ended is that Tbo stopped replying to my emails, and I got a refund through PayPal. I will not order from Tbo again because no matter how great their underwear is (and it is good), you can’t wear it if they don’t ship it to you.

I just started wearing the 1st pair of briefs last night. VERY comfortable, lightweight, and truly breathable material. Don't know if they will hold up in the wash, but if they do, I will be buying more.

I've yet to buy anything; they send emails with discount codes but the codes NEVER work. You get to the check-out, having spent enough to get free delivery, and don't get free delivery. The support is next to useless, they keep addressing me as Dean...that's not my name. Support put the blame for the discount codes not working back on me; they tell me I'm trying to buy items already discounted, no I'm not, the items are full price. They tell me that discount codes don't give free shipping, I know, but I've spent enough to get free shipping, a message on the web page tells me so.
I wouldn't normally bother with negative reviews (no point in kicking a dead dog..) but this company have annoyed me.

I'd like to put 0 stars but that's not an option. Let's say the 1 star is because the underwear is comfortable. My husband loves this underwear but I will never deal with this company again. Ever. I spent $113.25 CAD on 12 Nov 2023 to get 7 pairs of unique print underwear that were on sale for a Christmas gift (navy cameo 'cause my husband is in the navy and a really nice deep purple colour). After asking several times over the following months they were still "continuing to have delivery problems to Canada". After I finally asked for a refund in April 2024 they were suddenly able to send it. But they no longer had the underwear I ordered. So they sent me a couple standard 3 packs in the mail (black and army green) I had to email again for my 7th pair. They finally arrived and it cost me $74.36 CAD on delivery despite my order stating free delivery (in 5-7 days - ha). They also put down that my order was worth $174.83 CAD so I had to pay extra customs.. So now I've paid almost double for underwear that aren't the ones I ordered and waited 5 months for delivery. What a terrible company with horrible customer service. They also did not offer to provide me any kind of compensation for taking 5 months to send me the underwear I didn't even order.

Best most comfortable briefs ever. Got rid of all old briefs and TBO is the only briefs I wear everyday. Feels and wears so good!!!!

I like buying from yall but I hate hate hate that yall be sending me emails with links that don't work. Everything I tap link on the email it always sends me to a 404 error page, link not found.

I love the underwear but there are so many items that I like that are sold out. Seems like everything on their site is always sold out except for a select few things. Love the underwear as it is very comfortable but it is very frustrating that your items always say sold out. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars

Three weeks later , still waiting for my order , contacted the company twice and still no product!

After reading other reviews, is have to say that I wouldn't know how the underwear feels. But like other people leaving reviews, their shipping and customer service is so lacking. There are testimonials of good product and I would never expect their shipping and back office disorganization would affect me. But it has, and beware, just like many others here leaving reviews, it could happen to you too. Lost packages, no records, empty words, disinterest in giving customer satisfaction. When it doesn't go right, your entire experience really goes down in flames.

Love the underwear but have had similar issues to others. First two deliveries arrived without issue. But subsequent orders never arrived. Very difficult getting a response from customer service, but eventually got a refund. Was offered a free pair for the trouble but it never arrived. Sadly cannot trust the company to fulfill another order, even though the product is great.

Sadly, after 2 months of waiting for my order to arrive in Canada I sent a case in to them to inquire. The tracking number would show an error so I have no idea if they were ever even shipped. A week after I sent the inquiry still no reply so I sent another message. Finally I received a reply that the order was lost and they could send another order but would have to invoice me for an additional charge for import and customs fees.

Hard to believe I waited over 2 months for an order and now they wanted to charge me more!

I requested a refund and they were good to get that processed for me. Perhaps it is shipping to Canada that is the issue - but I will never order from them again...even though they may have good product.

These are the softest, most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. Do yourself the great service and get them.

I ordered the pack of black briefs, along with the blue and must say they are comfortable and sexy looking. The bamboo fabric is great. Since my first order, I have ordered two more times and now have 14 pair of briefs. The only issue I have is I am used to elastic around the leg openings, so when I first put them on each morning it feels strange not having that elastic, but after wearing them for awhile I forget about it.

This company has a great product...but their Customer Service experience is truly a problem. I placed an order with them for one of their products, which was immediately confirmed back to me via email, and then billed in full to PayPal. However, even though they specified in the confirmation email that the item would be shipped within 1-2 business days, I have never been informed that the item had shipped. In trying to determine what the problem was, I found that their website and Customer Service experience---as others have noted here---is truly abominable. Aside from the basic purchase function, the website is primitive---there is no way to check the status of an order, or even an order history. And for anyone with a question or issue, there is no "chat" function (although the site seems to indicate that there is one, somewhere)...and there is no way to contact them by phone. There is a "Contact Us" screen...but after you submit your question, there is no acknowledgement that they even received it..and i am still awaiting a response. Responding back to the order confirmation email gets the same lack of acknowledgement or response. So, I still have no idea what is going on...although I do now see that the product that I ordered is unavailable. I imagine that has been the issue all along...and I wouldn't have minded that so much had they at least told me that it was out of stock...and refunded my money to PayPal. But, I have still heard nothing from them...and I have had to get PayPal involved for the refund. It's really a shame, because this company has some great products...I've ordered from them before with no issues. But, woe be to you if anything goes off-track. They really need to look at similar websites to see how other online companies successfully handle Customer Service.

The fit and quality of these clothes are exceptional. I love the way they look and feel on my body. The fabric of each product is different. The briefs are light and silky. The T-shirt's fabric is a bit heavier, and they are snug. The long sleeve "sweats" are heavier still. I like that they feel solid, strong, and secure. It makes me feel sexy. AND I love that the black coloring of each item stays black.

These are the most comfortable underwear I have bought, feel like silk and don't crush your genitals!!!!
