Tax Reclaim PPI 

I received information from the member of staff when first making my claim and the person was helpful but after receiving a phone call asking for my bank details an amount of money paid to me was not the full amount mentioned in the phone call and I therefore sent an email querying this to which I've had no response. I asked for a breakdown of charges too but as yet no response so the end process has not been as I feel it should of been . Just had correspondence from HMRC and they have taken over 600 pounds for thier fees. I have e mailed them a number of times and finally got a response stating they charge 33.3 per cent , which I had been told initially was 33 per cent then VAT on top when I was told it was included and a fifty pounds Admin fee that was never discussed with me either until they wanted me to put a positive review on here for which they would refund the 50 pounds. All in all i lost 600 pounds for them to get in touch with HMRC and to be able to keep and have control over ppi tax rebate money due to me. I would never use this company again. They pay money in but don't provide anything in writing to show a breakdown of monies received etc.

They reclaimed my income tax rebate and they gave me less than half! I didn’t ask them to do this!

Tax claimed was paid directly into my account without hassle. Everything was taken care of efficiently and I was kept informed during the process.

Tax reclaim ppi was quick and easy they texted me the paper work to sign then a few weeks later they sent an email to say the claim was successful and transfered the money into my bank no messing about .

Received my money quick but didn't realise how much they take off the amount but happy I got something which was a bonus
