Tax Lien Code is a great company if you are looking to be successful. The CEO, The Teachers, Mentors work hard to teach you what they know and how they became successful. Even if You don't understand a class or the information, they teach it to you again and again until you get it right. I want to give a big "SHOUT OUT" to my coach and Mentor Michael Hilkey. He has a lot of experience in real estate. He is very comfortable to be around. I have learned so much from him. Even after our coaching stint I have been able to send him emails or text messages concerning questions I may have or ideas I may want to run by him for a second opinion. Michael gives me honest and truthful information.

Tax lien code has some incredible trainers and coaches. I am totally new to the world of real estate investing. I have to go at a slow pace to understand how to do this, but my personal mentor for 12 weeks, Shahid "Shah" Bahadur, was the light in my darkness. He has been informative, patient and understanding. I've learned a tremendous amount from the Tax Lien Code system and Shah specifically. I would highly recommend TLC and Shah as a mentor for anyone just starting out. Thank you Shah!

Our coach Eric Roberts was knowledgeable and helpful in the TLC investment business model. He was well versed in the various systems to help in conducting property searches as well as doing our due diligence to maximize our time, resources effectively to yield successful results.

It has been a pleasure having Eric Roberts as our TLC coach. He is patient, knowledgeable and takes his time explaining the terms, concepts, strategies so my sister and I understand fully. He was always understanding when we had a conflict. He also indicated we can feel free to contact him after I sessions ended if at anytime we had questions.

Eric also passed along some great scripts, templates and tools we can use!

I would definitely rate Eric's coaching and commitment to this learning process at a "5"!
