I am still fairly new to this industry as well as the how to of it all. Coach Tony made it alot easier for me to understand. He answered every question I had and even added some insight as to why investing in liens and real estate is so important. He was polite, friendly, and very professional. I would refer Coach Tony to anyone out there that is looking to become a serious investor.

Coach Tony was awesome. He took the time with my husband and I to explain and demonstrate the Tax Lien Code website and demonstrated how to navigate through the property lists.

Today I called because I couldn’t log into my Tax Lien Code account. I spoke with Ashley Marie Guzman Vazquez. She was excellent with supporting me through the process. Ashley was very clear, extremely patient, and kind. She was very knowledgeable and prompt in accordance to my concerns. I greatly appreciate the customer service she has provided.

Yaimary from the TaxLienCode reached out to me to complete my enrollment process. She was very patient in waiting while I rebooted my laptop and every step of the way. She provided guidance and made me feel comfortable throughout the call.

We thought that everyone was very professional, and it was very informational. Our instructor really knows his stuff inside and out. We left with a lot more knowledge than we started for. We just felt the 50 grand for the next class we’re not ready for because we gotta make sure we know everything we learned already.

There was a lot of amazing information shared about money, how to get it, how to move it, suggested reading, important formulas to consider, etc. I just wish more time was actually spent on explaining how to find good tax liens to invest in and how to do the due diligence to pick a good investment. I was also hoping that they would show you how to use their website in class. But all this additional information is only available if you choose to pay thousands of dollars for advance classes after. This doesn't take away from all the incredible knowledge shared in the 3-day class but just leaves you wanting much more information that you kind of hoped they would have covered for the $1K initially spent.

A lot of knowledge shared. All of the staff really knows the in and outs of the business and that they are teaching. Great company structure. Amazing learning experience! Will highly recommend.

I have been a member for a few months now with TLC. I have been training to become a wholesaler. It's been difficult to find a good deal for a fix and flips. My mentor Shahid “Shah” Bahadur has great knowledge of this method of sales. But we he little time to teach everything that I need to know on how to make deals this way. Plus, the time difference. As we live in very different time zones. He has been very patient in his teaching, and despite my the fact that my paid one on one sessions have expired with him, he continues to answer my questions as needed. He is very direct and has an awesome personality. Just wish I had more time to learn more from him, and I wish I knew how to ask for the details I need to know. On how to move forward. I think a lot of it is in the unknown factor of making a deal like this. I put my family into financial debt to learn this and to commit to a deal. I'm not sure of what will happen. It's a scary situation. I dont want to put my family into more debt? Make bad deals. Or commit to something i don't have the money or lenders to back me. But overall, it's been a pleasure to work with Shah. I will continue to learn as much as I can and overcome the fears by knowing what to expect. If you get to work with Shah just to be ready to do what is suggested and don't waste your time. Learn everything you can from him so you can be confident in your decisions.

She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. When she asked was there anything else, I wanted to ask for an order of fries with no salt she was that accommodating! 😀
