They miss tax return deadline
I wish there is way of giving 0 points. I got their service to do tax report with one of their expert. And he missed the deadline. I wrote them and all I got was a chatbot answer.

Es tut uns leid, dass du nicht deine erwartete Rückzahlung bekommen hast. Wahrscheinlich hat das Finanzamt nach internen Berechnungen einige deiner angegebenen Kosten nicht anerkannt oder weitere Angaben von dir bewertet. Die Gründe sollten auf deinem Steuerbescheid erklärt sein. Falls das nicht der Fall sein sollte, kontaktiere dein Finanzamt.

Very good service, i used it for my taxes declaration still 2022.
Suggestion : when the app explains that the expected return/pay back is 100% of X and you pay or get 80% of X, it would be better to explain the calculation, how finanzamt decided that it should be 80% of X

“0 out of 5. Extremely disappointing experience.
I lost more than 400 EUR due to incorrect calculations in the system. In Germany, you can claim 6 EUR per home office day. I had 86 days working from home last year, which I entered correctly in the declaration. However, the system calculated only 20 days instead of 86. The biggest issue is that this error is not clearly visible until after submission. Once I submitted, I saw that it only accounted for 120 EUR (20 days) instead of 516 EUR (86 days).
I contacted support, and they advised me to resubmit the declaration. I followed their instructions, but the same issue occurred again. They explained that the document only shows 20 days, but the financial office will consider 86 days in total as well”. Obviously, this did not happen.
As a result, I lost money, and the support team was unable to provide a solution. Responses were generic and did not address the actual problem.
NEVER USE THE SERVICE! Only use this if you want to lose your money!“
They asked me to get in touch with them which I did before. But whatever, I contacted them again. Again generic answers, just postponing everything . No problem solving or thinking of how they can get me 400 EUR back. Again- worst service.

would not recommend the experts support
I used taxfix for many years, i did not have any big issues until i tried the expert support so this review is for the expert category. They took over 3 months to review my tax (my case is not even a complicated one) and I still need to wait another 12 weeks to heard back fro the tax office (ofc). I thought the expert was going to make this process easy and efficient but it was rather the opposite plus it was a waste of taxfix+ since i had to pay that on top of the expert fee..
