I have been a chat support professional for 9 years at one of the biggest companies in the world. Dakota is a valuable asset to your team! For the first time in a long time I felt as though someone actually
wanted to help me. He toed the line between professionalism and being personable exquisitely. Good on tax bit for helping their customers navigate a difficult space. I do hope you update your pricing to be a bit more competitive. However, if that means compromising on this level of support don’t do it. I hope Dakota gets a raise. 10/10

Horrible technical support. They only let you email. I had XRP sold off in 2020 due to the SEC Lawsuit and Coinbase delisting. All my Losses were not calculated. I followed their instructions how to manuall import those transactions and my 2020 Form 8949 was showing gains instead of losses. No Way to reach out to a live person.

Incorrect Amounts
Tax optimizer still shows I have coins I no longer have and the My Coins section shows incorrect amounts even after syncing with exchanges. Not sure I am comfortable using this for taxes if it is not correct.

Holy cow these guys are garbage!!!
My experience with taxbit has been the absolute worst!! They take 24hrs+ to respond to simple questions where their software doesn’t work! Idk if they bought a load of fake reviews or if the average user just doesn’t leave Coinbase but man it’s been a really really bad experience. I’ve already paid for it or I would switch providers. I’d suggest trying someone else first. This is a flat out BAD TIME

Taxbit handles my needs easily…
Taxbit handles my needs easily connecting via API to exchanges, Celsius, and wallets. Could be stronger with deep digging into second layer yield farming. Easily export into Turbotax too. I recommend often on social media.

transactions not pulled in
I noticed that important transactions were not being pulled in with the API synch-- I contacted customer service, they said I really had to cross check everything to make sure it worked. I asked what was the point then of paying them? I told them I didn't like that process, they didn't apologize or offer assistance. Michael, the person I spoke with disconnected. What is the point of using a service if you can't trust them to bring in major transactions that affect your tax total? What a waste. I may as well do this all myself.
