The book is great. But UPS was an issue. They didn't come up my driveway to deliver the book. They left it down near the mailbox at the end of my long driveway. They sometimes do that when it snows, b... See more

Excellent communication, super fast delivery, well packaged. Great job from the people of Taschen. I will definitely buy again.
I ordered the complete works of Gustav Klimt in hardback for my wife as she’s a huge fan. Communication with TASCHEN was excellent from the start. They kept me informed all the way through from ordering to me receiving the book today. Delivery was via FedEx and they were excellent. I have to say the book is beautiful and is a marvellous addition to any collection containing marvellous scripts and beautiful, glossy, bold, high quality miniatures of each piece. Stunning. Highly recommended.
I ordered a book as a gift to be delivered to a friend in Switzerland. Instead, the company shipped it under my friend’s name but to my address in Bulgaria.
Because the parcel was addressed to someone else, I could not collect it, and the shipping company would not allow me to forward it to the intended recipient. I contacted customer service immediately and asked them to correct their mistake by shipping the book to the correct address.
Instead of fixing the error, they told me they would wait for the package to be returned and simply issue a refund. Their solution was for me to place a brand-new order, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. This would have caused even more delay for a time-sensitive gift.
Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company handles them. In my case, there was no willingness to take responsibility or provide a customer-focused solution.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
Love your products! Top quality and excellent delivery service.

I cannot comment on the books because after 3 weeks, they have not been delivered. I started chasing delivery after the carrier tracking stated my address was incorrect when it was not. After getting past a chatbot I was quickly contacted by what I think was a real person, but could be AI, because all I got was platitudes and reference to tracking links which could not help as the carrier had subcontracted delivery.
Even though I kept explaining the issue and asked that someone investigate by telephone, communication stopped.
The businesses' issued terms say that risk passes to the purchaser when the goods are handed to the carrier. That is absolutely illegal under EU consumer rights law and both parties are in the EU, so it is shabby to say the least that such a wording is used.
I shall be seeking a full refund.
The package was left in my open porch.
1. It could easily be stolen by passersby.
2. If I were away for a few days it would reveal this to anyone passing the house: an invitation to burglars.
3. The weather recently has been very unpredictable. Heavy rain would have soaked the package and ruined the £35 book.

The book itself is great, but it came all smashed and creased up. It was just wrapped in tight, fitting cardboard and had obviuosly been thrown around.
Considering the nature of these books, that being they're coupling as display pieces, one would assume preserving their condition during shipping would be a priority,
All was perfect! I recommend Taschen. Their art books are beautiful.

The book was inadequately packaged. This was the second time I received a book from Taschen damaged in shipping. I expect this from Amazon. Taschen isn't any better. They don't understand that the heavier the book the more protection it needs. I'm done. No more online buying.
The book is fantastic and the decorative box it came in was a great surprise.
Thank You!

This isn't the first Taschen XL book I've purchased, and I'm grateful for the excellent packaging and fast delivery.
The book is amazing! Bosch is stunning, and this Taschen collection of his works is my second favorite, after Bruegel. Thank you, Taschen. I'm waiting for the XL edition with Leonardo's works.

I give 5 stars as everything went smoothly, quick delivery, order tracking was provided and the book is an amazing piece.
