Narrow wall cabinet

I ordered a narrow, wall cabinet for my new bathroom whilst the room was being fitted out.
Delivery price was high but it arrived on time and was well made.
I am really pleased with this purchase.

Good products and service, delivery expensive

All went well. Easy ordering and good product which arrived as expected. This was a shower screen that admittedly was very heavy but I felt delivery charge was on the expensive side. Be aware of this when you are ordering what appears to be great value products. Nevertheless I would use this company again in the future.

Ordered a Grohe tap from this supplier…

Ordered a Grohe tap from this supplier and was advised of 4-5 week lead time (which we accepted). We chased this several times after this date had passed and were told that they were still out of stock from the supplier. Only after several calls and lots of being put on hold were we told that the item ordered was discontinued. We were offered a refund (after holding our payment for several months) or an alternative which was not suitable / similar to the item originally ordered.

Zero communication

Wish I'd remembered to read the reviews on here and wasn't fooled by the nice web site.

Ordered 28 days ago. Chased for any update 7 days ago. Zero communication.

I've emailed again to request to cancel and will cancel with my card company if they don't respond.

Poor service and communication

I ordered hans grohe tap and accessories on the 19.09.25. Not received any items
Still waiting for a update. Have sent two emails and tried ringing multiple times. The phones are never answered or switched off.

I am worried I have been scammed and feel like contacting my bank for advice.

Some initial difficulty in contacting them

Placed an order on 5th Oct, and had some challenges getting through on the phone, which I was disappointed about. The team did get in touch later, and subsequently have been brilliant. Even gone the extra mile to have my goods sent out asap. They also took on board my suggestions re contacting them. Bottom line: I'll happily shop with them all day long.

as several others have said, these people have terrible customer service and do not answer emails or phone - after waiting for order over 2 weeks, no response to emails or phone calls, i sent an email to cancel the order. they then did respond that there was a supplier delay but they would have it next week - i opted to wait and it has now arrived. They have caused me a lot of worry and extra admin, but they did supply in the end. I just dont understand why they cant just comunicate with customers - we understand if there is a delay when something is coming from overseas, you just need to tell us the situation. their price was good, but i dont know if would want to go through all that hassle again...

Awful Company To Deal With!!!

Wanted an item urgently, delivery was stated as "one to two days" paid the money, nothing arrived. It was the pre-bank holiday week of August 25. I phoned in many times to find out where the item was as this was holding up the job. The answerphone message said that the wait was 6 minutes after 25 mins I hung up. On several other occasions the message said that there was a problem with their phones, clearly they popped off on holiday with not a care for there customers at all. They eventually dispatched the item a week after it was ordered by then we had organized the item from elsewhere.
When the item was returned to them as it was not delivered in a timely manor they docked £20 from the refund being 20% of the cost price of the item as if it was my fault!
I CAN ONLY SAY DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!

Excellent customer service

I ordered a kitchen mixer tap from Tapnshower as I wanted to match an existing reginox tap.
It was a good price and unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged I believe by the courier.
I immediately contacted Tapnshower and very helpful person called Amelia, dealt with my query straight away and arranged for a replacement tap to be sent to me directly.
I am pleased to say I received the tap within a few days and it was in tact and I can proceed now with the fitting of it.
Very good customer service thank you.

Zero communication and no refund!

Ordered a shower unit from this company that ultimately took a very long time to arrive. I had to return the item and despite complying with all of their return requirements am still awaiting my refund despite the company having had my return for more than 10 days. I have emailed numerous times, tried the phone lines and tried the chat function. Very concerned at this stage.

Do not order from here! They will take your money and not reply to any emails about dispatch date a week later. Scammers until proven otherwise.
