Buy your carpet from someone else
Friendly in the store, guy came round to measure, but really to upsell as much as possible, told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Phoned the store after 3 and a half weeks to find out when it was coming, the unfriendly, monotone girl on the phone said there was no orders and knew nothing about it and the salesman would phone me thursday. I phoned on friday as no one bothered to phone. This time she said it hadn't been ordered and was on deposit? Lost faith so said forget it, now going through the long process of a refund.

Great quality
Great quality, Great Service.
Order process was straight forward. I dealt with Maqsood Adam from the White City Branch. I was notified when the flooring came into stock and was able to arrange a fitter as well by contacting Maqsood. The fitter arrived on time and went above and beyond with preparing for the fit and also the fit itself. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great fitting service!
Good customer service at the shop. Would be even better if the shop could help to facilitate interactions and communications with the fitters. Once the sale was made, shop staff stepped away and not especially helpful in getting me in touch with the fitter. It became a separate issue and almost no longer their concern. Marcio's fitting team on the other hand were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, communicative, helpful and flexible. They did a superb job of installing the wooden flooring and carpeting. A great team. The 5 star award is down to the team primarily while I would give the sales and shop team 3 stars.
