Carpet fittings
The Doncaster in store team were very helpful showing us different options but with no heavy sales pressure.
There were plenty of dates for fitting, the fitters were very good and kept me fully updated throughout the day on arrival time and how long it would take.

The 2 guys doing the fitting were great they listened to how I wanted the carpet fitted ie turned & tacked, I don’t think they were particularly keen but when I told them I couldn’t stand adhesive due to lung condition, the pulled out all the stops and gave us a fabulous job - would recommend

Helpful from start to finish. Donovan very helpful with type and colour of carpet, and placing the order gave all the information. Kept us informed at all stages. Fitters where polite and worked good. Tidied up afterwards. We were pleased with the end process.

Eoin had been great at dealing with when purchasing a carpet. He was knowledgeable and showed me what carpets would work best for me and why. He was able to give me a amazing deal on my carpet . Would defiantly go back for carpets in the future!

Nick was amazing and was so helpful…
Nick was amazing and was so helpful with what I was looking for. He gave great advice when it came to picking certain types of flooring. I’ve just bought my first home (a new build) and needed flooring to be organised. He walked me through everything from carpets, the stair runner, LVT and vinyl. To top it off he slashed the price I was quoted from a different company by almost £2000 I couldn’t not. I’ve got exactly what I wanted (and more) plus fitting so my mind is at ease knowing it’s one less thing to worry about

Superb service right from the start, Gail at the East Grinstead office welcomed me with a coffee and we began to discuss my needs. Wonderful advice very competitive pricing made this purchase very easy.

Paul from Ipswich came out to my flat to measure the floors and show me some samples. He was really helpful and thorough in his explanation of what work would need to be done and the breakdown of how much everything would cost. Would highly recommend!

Chris at Chester branch was very helpful
I had the measurements done so popped into the branch to choose a deal carpet. Chris at the Chester branch saw me, patiently went through my order, and help explain different carpet options to me. I left happy and ready to place the order, just needed to check with my family. In the meantime, someone recommended another supplier who happened to have a more suitable carpet. Although in the end I did not go ahead with Tapi carpet, I was happy with their service, particularly thank Chris for his helpful service.
