We were really pleased with the service we received this morning during our visit to measure and quote for wooden flooring of our hall and front room. Mohamed from Rugby was very helpful and did a brilliant job at measuring and showing us what each flooring would look like. He explained the process and it was very straightforward. I recently had a fantastic experience with Tapi Carpets and Floors, and I felt compelled to share just how impressed I am. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
The staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered knowledgeable advice, and helped me choose a carpet that perfectly suited both my home and budget. Their patience and attention to detail really stood out.
The quality of the carpet itself is excellent—soft, durable, and it has completely transformed the look and feel of my room. The fitting service was just as impressive. Problem resolved
We had a problem with the carpet which meant that it had to be replaced - twice! However, the Oxford branch were brilliant. They listened and understood our concerns and did all they could to resolve the situation. We are now delighted with the result.
