It’s disappointing when a large brand fails to maintain consistent standards
I recently purchased flooring from Tapi Carpets and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
My experience was specifically with the Hammersmith branch, and it’s genuinely disappointing to see such a well-known brand deliver such inconsistent service depending on the people at a particular location.
The initial quotation was misleading, with key details either unclear or incorrectly explained. This led to confusion later on, which was not handled well by the team. Customer service felt unprofessional at times, and the way concerns were addressed lacked both respect and clarity.
The installation process was particularly frustrating. It felt disorganised and stressful, and I was put in a position where I had little choice but to proceed despite the issues. That lack of flexibility and support made the entire experience uncomfortable.
Overall, I would not recommend Tapi Carpets based on my experience at the Hammersmith branch. It’s disappointing when a large brand fails to maintain consistent standards, and in this case, the service fell well below expectations.
