I’ve been using the Tangem Wallet for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the simplest and most convenient crypto wallets I’ve tried. I liked it so much that I ended up buying two already.

What really stands out to me is how easy it is to set up. No complicated steps, no need to deal with seed phrases if you don’t want to—just tap the card with your phone and you’re ready to go. It feels very beginner-friendly but still secure.

I also love how portable it is. It literally fits in your wallet like a regular card, so I can bring it anywhere without worrying about bulky devices. The NFC feature works smoothly every time I use it.

Having two gives me extra peace of mind as a backup, which is something I highly recommend. Security is a big deal when it comes to crypto, and Tangem makes it feel simple without sacrificing safety.

Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a straightforward, secure, and modern hardware wallet, Tangem is definitely worth considering.

Tangem was recommended to me by a friend. After watching a few videos about the product and doing a bit of research I decided to buy. Price seemed ok but I had nothing to compare it to so it is what it is. Very easy to use. Simple set up. Just the transfer side of things made me nervous but once you have used it it’s a breeze.

Bought three cards, two worked and one didnt. After mailing their (ai?) support i explained that I had tried every variation of scanning, including several phones and still, one out of the three cards was dead. They insisted on me filming it with another phone and send it to them which I did. However, since I filmed it with a case on (that didn't stop the two functioning cards from being scanned) Tangem responded that they needed a new video, this time without the phone case. I explained that I was tired of filming and that I had more important things to do with my time than arranging someone to film me trying to scan a useless card again... Their response: "We do not doubt that you know how to scan the cards correctly. However, according to our internal procedures, in order to forward your request to the relevant team for review of a possible replacement of the non-functioning card, we need a video showing the card scanning process while following the provided recommendations."
Any company who doesn't trust their customers enough to replace a broken product without demanding several videos are not to be trusted. My advice; stay away from Tangem and their (ai?) support. They claim to have great warranty, but that's not worth anything when they don't believe their customers. Today I'm using Trezor instead.

The delivery was fast, great product. As feedback, the information about the BTC gift card should be clearer. I'm not sure if I should receive the gift via email or if it should already be in the wallet after purchasing it, but apart from that, the wallet is perfect.I hope they add more languages to the app, like Portuguese, and more cryptocurrencies.

The easiest of the set up process and actually quality of the cards makes me very satisfied. Thanks alot.

Easy to use and set up. It’s exactly what I need it.

I have contacted support twice and neither times have they helped me at all. Which one was basic which I found oit how to restart ot online. The second time the graphs aren't reading correctly. They said they were perfectly fine whenI sent the images. I can't believe they don't know how to read graphs. So my guess is they are too lazy to fix the issue. They didn't even give me Information that support should. They can't even perform basic customer support tactics that they should have given the people witu usues. I'm guessing they have no real tech support based on how bad and how many tines I reached out and got blown off line I don't know nothing. When I worked in the tech feild and was certified at ones time. The dates I will have to go through my mail to look up.

Easy to set up and use for a person just starting out in crypto.

So far all good. Cards were dispatched quickly and arrived a few days ahead of schedule on the other side of the world. Easy to set up.

Huge peace of mind having my crypto secured in a Tangem wallet. I’m not very tech savvy but the transfer process was easy, even for me!

Great device-HORRIFIC Customer service.

I've had four of the card sets, and although my previous customer service contact was for basic issues on this occasion it was the worst I've experienced anywhere. I placed an order which when the page went through to payment was a different design to the one I had put in my basket. I contacted Tangem sales minutes after so as to halt/cancel the order and heard nothing. The message was sent within operating hours (2pm gmt) I resent them a message first thing today and again nothing for several hours. Having finally got in touch they advised the card had been shipped and was no longer exchangable. They will refund on its return except for postage. I pointed out the issue and again they kept reiterating the same message hoping I would go away, or in fact that I would just accept the cards and re-order, which is a terrible business strategy, but I really dont think they are bothered about customer service. The cards from tangem have been fine and do the job, but thankfully they must use samsung or another reliable company to manufacture the chips. Really poor service which I think is paramount for customer retention these days. The website is a bit glitchy as well. What a shame.

****Update 6.3.2026 post the response from Tangem, they got back to me stating their refund policy doing absolutely NOTHING. Their responses on here are just a customer service stunt to pacify those that are disgruntled. Well done Tangem for letting yourself down...AGAIN*****

I was really surprised about how quick my Tangem wallet arrived! Setup was super easy. I have no problem at all using it. Great product! Will definitely buy more in future. Thank you very much!

The app UI is clean and intuitive. Nothing feels cluttered or confusing, which makes it easy to use. Being able to spend my crypto in the US without jumping through hoops is a big win.
