Makes me feel more confident in my daily life

SUPER face course
I have diligently practiced face exercises from Super Face course for two and a half months and it has made a difference to the shape of my face. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is very helpful to have an instructor respond to my questions. I find that consistency is the key and I will follow these exercises and look forward to seeing continued improvements. I'm very happy that I purchased the course and I love how practical and well-explained it is. As a dancer I was looking to exercise the face in the same way that I exercise my body: training the muscles appropiately. And even if I do it as a prevention, because I still don't have wrinkles or major problems, I have to say that from day one I experienced my face "fresher and brilliant", energized! The course shows an easy-to-follow routine, that you can integrate in your everyday life. I found particularly helpful that you can see the exercises being performed by other people aside of the teacher, and she corrects them, so you can avoid common mistakes. Recommend!

The personal consults are very helpful…
The personal consults are very helpful in correcting technique. I’ve been doing the course 3.5 months and I see improvement in my entire face. It is subtle, but enough that I’ve had friends ask me “what work have you had done lately?” I even canceled my regular annual laser treatment (saved me $2K). EVERY woman over 30 should do this course daily.

So lucky that I tried it out!
This is a great app with many helpfull guidance that İ benefit as if it’s face to face. All details are pointed out carefully, so that it’s impossible to make exercises wrong or not to understand, they even have videos showing wrong displays. I tried one of other famous applications, so I can assure that this is the best one in terms of guidance, follow-up and even price! İt’s great to feel that they are concerned about your progress with asking for homeworks, feedback and suggest prizes if you do so :) I am pleased to suggest to my friends, (actually already started 😀 ) and strongly recommend this journey for everyone.

I am enjoying this course immensely. It takes practice to get the hang of some of the exercises, and how to do them properly, but it gets easier and doesn’t take up too much time either. I am grateful I found this resource when I did, because I feel I now have a lifelong tool to support my well-being and can even prevent things like fine lines and wrinkles naturally!

The course is great, at first it was hard for me to follow because I had to activate and feel the muscles, and I didn't feel anything... but over time, when I started to feel what I was doing, the course became interesting and easy to follow.
