Im following Sophie Shine's course Mindful Face fitness and I am loving it! I have done other programs online (also 1 other on take class) , but this one is the best for me so far. Especially the jaw exercises work very well to loosen them up. I have seen improvement already. Also love that you can do them lying down. With other programs my arms would get really tired. Totally recommend this one! Thanks!

I liked Anastasia's course better than Sophie's - it was easier to digest, simple exercises, seem to work as well. It was good to have customer service for both courses. Sophie's course seemed very thorough and fundamental, I thought it definitely will bring results more permanently. In a short period of time I did see some changes but veins on my temples started to stick out more - perhaps the strain? The consultant expert suggested to take a rest, I am cautious with these exercises, jaw exercise obv is fine but the tensing and lifting eyebrows seem easy to mess up. The videos were also impersonal, not easy to follow, the artificial voice should be changed to the real voice. Otherwise, it seems like she is a robot. 'And there are delays in subs. I still do Anastasia's routine recommended to my by the expert.

Sophie has a deep understanding of facial anatomy and teaches exercises not found in other courses. The helmet exercise is amazing! I've noticed my face looks more open and relaxed.
My only suggestion would be to improve the audio and subtitles of the videos, as Sophie often speaks for longer periods, but the English translation and subtitles are shorter. I feel like I'm missing important information!
Overall, I like the exercises, they don't require much time, and I expect to see more good results.

The face yoga course was a really pleasant surprise for me. The exercises are simple, easy to follow, and most importantly they don’t take much time, which is a big advantage. It’s very easy to fit them into a daily routine.
What I appreciate the most is that with consistency, you can actually see results. My face feels more relaxed, refreshed, and overall I just feel better about it.

I was initially quite skeptical about the Superface program. In the past, I had invested a significant amount of money in a face yoga course that turned out to be extremely time-consuming, overly complicated, and packed with countless tiny exercises that were difficult to maintain consistently in everyday life.
What surprised me about Superface is its simplicity. At first, that actually made me doubt its effectiveness — it almost seemed too simple to work. However, the opposite turned out to be true.
The exercises are easy to integrate into daily routines and don’t require excessive time or effort. Despite their simplicity, they are more challenging than they initially appear and clearly produce results. I have already noticed visible changes — for example, the swelling under my eyes has completely disappeared.
Anastasia, the instructor, teaches in a very clear and focused way. The exercises are explained thoroughly at the beginning and repeated several times, which makes learning them straightforward. There is also the possibility to ask questions, and responses are provided quickly and helpfully.
The overall structure of the program feels logical and well thought out. It avoids unnecessary complexity or “extra fluff” while still delivering noticeable effects.

Hello, one thing I dislike the most—both in face workouts and body workouts in general—is repetitions, when you do an exercise knowing that the same two rounds are still ahead. I’m really glad this wasn’t the case in these courses. And the best part is that they are short but effective. The key here is consistancy. It takes me 5–7 minutes, but I do it honestly every day and I truly see results. I can feel it even when I touch my face with my hands—it has definitely become much firmer. Thank you.
