This is a website with no…
This is a website with no way to properly track an order. The order has been “arriving shortly” for over an hour now. The website doesn’t work when I try customer service and click on “where is my order”; and the restaurant flatly lies that the order is out for delivery. That was 20 minutes ago. It’s been an hour and half since I made the order.
This, so far, has been money down the drain.

They still haven't answered my question, they never do. Customer service is the worst
They don't deliver
When estimated delivery was extended by ANOTHER hour, we called the restaurant and they said "the food is ready and waiting but they haven't sent anyone to deliver it to you"! The customer service is not responding to any of my 3 attempts to contact them. 1 star review is 1 star too much.
NO refund from no delivery
They never delivered my order. waiting for more than 2 hours. asked my payment to be canceled by takeaway, dominoes heist-op-den-berg pizza insisted they got on my place and called me( never received any unknown n umber at that time)and suggest instead I go to their place to get my order. To think I even tipped them 3 euros. Takeaway explained i need to wait for another phone call that never came.
UPDATE:
keep trying to communicate about refunding to TAKEAWAY but no response up until now. Takeaway emailed me still insisting dominoes heist-op-den-berg arrived and called me. I'm very sure dominoes heist-op-den-berg is lying, because the only unnamed number that called me at that day is the TAKEAWAY customer service nothing else. Takeaway also said they cannot refund money from customers which is an admission that there's nothing they can do to help customers in the event restaurant does not deliver. A shop with many bad reviews and two stars is believable to takeaway customer service than customers with no problem with previous orders. What kind of customer service would suggest I talk to the restaurant? So it's ok for TAKEAWAY customer service to lose customers because they don't want to antagonize the restaurant with a history of bad services.
