Fraudulent company. They shut down your account without giving a valid reason and run away with your money. Both advertisers and publishers should avoid them at all costs

Do not fall in this trap!

Do not fall in this trap!
They say they are the best platform. However, I believe its not about the platform only, most importantly, it is about the customer service.
Extremely poor customer service, no response or what so ever. The are just aiming at your pocket & want you to pay.

Platform with potential - Customer service AWFUL

The platform has potential, I believe with some time and after learned a bit can give you good results, but customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. No live chat, no phone, only a fu**ing email service which takes up to 5 days to fix simple bugs. I asked to be assigned to an account manager and no answer yet. I opened a case two times because I wasn't receiving answer and they replied telling me that they will close one case as it's a duplicate, but didn't reply yet on the main problem. Now basically I can't change time and budget of my ads because of a stupid bug and they are not answering. Absolutely a disgrace service, I'd be happy to change my review later, for the moment this is the true experience.

Update 30.01: They are trying to put this review down, now it's 3 weeks with no support at all and with no account manager assigned despite I'm spending more than the required to get one. On another store with tracking issues they haven't replied back after 1 week. From 2 star now we go to 1 star.

Again, I want to give Taboola the opportunity to properly support me and I will be happy to change the review, but so far this is a very BAD experience.

Update 02.02. I've been assigned to an account manager. Let's see now how things will go.

Effective platform! Awesome support! You rock

It took about a day to get the ads and landing pages approved. Once the algorithms had some time to understand the best placements, our campaigns started bringing in positive ROI.

The dashboard is pretty easy to use, and will look familiar to anyone who's run campaigns with Meta or Google. But I think there's still room for improvement in the UI in some areas.
An account manager reached out and made some suggestions which lowered the CPC, which is always welcome. Overall a positive experience, so far.

They will keep charging you even after campaigns are turned off. Avoid this company.

- They will keep charging you even after your campaigns are turned off.

- Setting a 'Daily Budget' means nothing - they will just keep charging you.

- Clicks are mostly bots or very poor quality traffic at best.

- If you have any issues at all, you will not be able to speak to anyone. And the email support is no help at all. They will copy/past responses and fail to acknowledge any of their errors.

- They will take money from your account - even while a dispute is happening about being overcharged.

In short. Once you've set-up a campaign and pressed start. They can just charge you anything and take the money. Stopping a campaign will not stop the charges increasing.

Avoid at all costs!

I would them 0 if I could

I would them 0 if I could. I signed up one day and started a campaign. I get up the next morning and my account was de-activated...with NO reason.
I guess I am a small player by their standards.
There are other way's to promote your business and I would steer clear of Taboola if I were you.

You can see from all the reviews that…

You can see from all the reviews that Taboola cannot be trusted. It is a horrible advertising platform.

Just go back to local Cable TV ads as Taboola is awful. They're like little school children running this. I'm going to complain to the platforms that host Taboola to get them booted as it's the only way to get them to change.
