Taboola is one of the ads system I've ever work with.

They stole money and refused to give it back. They stay . Far away

The support that I had from the company was awesome.

This, company is totally fraudulent with Indian staff. Never ever trust this site. Once you create account they deactivate your account and steal your bank card details and also charge you money for card verification but never refund back to you. Just go for Google ads and Meta ads these are the best platforms to run ads. I just complain about them to cyber crime about these fraudulent company.

Taboola hosts clickbait ads for highly dubious sites that attempt to lure the unwitting, naive and elderly into what are often scams or disreputable businesses by means of deception. Taboola ads are the hallmark of low grafe websites. If I see Taboola I click the X button and tell everyone I know to avoid that site

As Taboola for some reason does not accept debit cards I sent a bank transfer to Taboola on 31 August 2024. On 29 August 2024 I had emailed them from my personal email account as I was having issues with my registered email business address to inform them of this transfer. On 31 August I emailed Taboola again and after an exchange of emails with regards to which account I was talking about they eventually confirmed by email that they had received my bank transfer and it would be showing on my account in 48 business hours. I chased them on 2 August 2024 about this and all of a sudden they cannot do anything unless I emailed them from the registered business email address. This was despite having been able to confirm the payment two days previously when I gave the registered email addess and account number in an email from my personal email address. 8th August which is more than 48 business hours the payment has not been applied.

They got my deposit and stopped replying my emails and never activate the account..
They look legit but act as fraud , be careful

brilliant service and totally oustanding advertising platform that is great and great prices too.

After a months they still sending me statements demanding money despite billing inaccurately.

Avoid them as they are unable to calculate simple transactions (less than 10) , imagine how they can boost your business

Taboola provided excellent email support within a short time. The support person provided everything that I needed in one email. This is the way all customer service should be!

Recently I have opened my accout with taboola and my accont created successfully. after adding the money they have deactivated my accont. I did mail also to active my account and from today (20 May 2024) I was not avble to login also they have fully deactivated my account when I did mail to them. they have deducted my money not activating my account and not refuding my money also they have taken my pan card also. so dont go with this ad network they are scammer and stealing the money to the people.

I have never had customer service rectify my ad creatives like this in my history of running ads on platforms like Facebook and google. All they tell you is that ''your Ad has been rejected for so and so reasons'' and you get stuck their without knowing how to interpret that.
Taboola customer service walked me through the reasons and helped me make changes through their AI image generator tool that I got images that complied with their policy and have the possibilty to convert without leaving the platform. All I am waiting for now is to see my ad convert then I will fill here with even better reviews.

Android user? Don't forget to do this by Monday. Do it now. Has been displaying for months? They must be low on content.

Taboola is always excellent in services n support to their customers

In the first campaign I had my account suspended because I didn't know how to configure it correctly. I received very good service from the support team, until everything was resolved. I am very happy with the Taboola platform and I sincerely hope to do a lot of good business. I definitely recommend it.

Signed up on friday to test and see if taboola would be of benefit in our funnel, account deactivated without proper reason "Billing review??" or course of communication for appeal.

Says enough about their product :)

Kind support, but slow!

they used bot to click on ads

Disabled account for no reason. They approved the ads as per their standards and after 6 months they are saying the ads are not maintaining policy. But they approved it and there is no change after approval.

Extremely disappointed
