Dont ever use Tabby!
I have a fraudulent transaction. Got my first payment reminder from Tabby to pay the first installment (despite the fact that I have reported it and merchant had confirmed no transaction from my end).
And to my surprise, i got another email reminder for the second installment that I need to pay. Seriously Tabby! If Visa has to investigate as well, that should be between you and Visa. Keep me out of this mess, refund the first payment and remove this payable from my account.

Very poor experience. I was blocked by the AI system for no clear reason, and no one in support could properly explain why or resolve it. I was only unblocked after canceling my card and issuing a new one, which is completely unacceptable. The cashback system was also unclear and impractical, especially since users must reselect their categories every month or lose cashback with no proper warning. I wasted a significant amount of time repeating myself across chat and calls without any real root-cause solution. For a paid service, this was handled very badly.

System glitch,it was authorized by you, contact the store to verify the payment!!!! Yet someone is reporting a fraud...( these are the excuses you will find when scammed on tabby any they wont do anything to reverse it anyway)
I thought i was the only one scammed by tabby payment, it looks like its a time bomb for the safety of linked bank details its happening slowly but surely, not many care to see these one star red flags but eventually this false deductions when someone didnt swipe their card and you look for all excuses, like system glitch, its was authorized by you etc slowly but surely everyone on your application will notice how glitchy your system works

I hope i never used this application. I experienced the worst service ever and i was exposed to a clear fraud that i was supposed to pay the last installment on 3rd of April and i filled my account with the required account at 9 Pm same day , however i was charged for extra money, and when i complained i got the silliest response ever that they said “ we tried to withdraw the amount earlier and there was no balance” . They try to deduct the money before the end of the date even if you fill your account they don’t try except the next day to apply the fine.
Wasn’t dissatisfied the same before. They have no policy that says so they just rob once there is a chance.

I’ve been a consistent Tabby user and have always paid my installments on time often even before the due date. I currently have a few active installments, all being paid responsibly with no delays.
Despite this, my account has been restricted multiple times without any clear explanation. The system message suggests improving approval chances by paying on time, which is confusing because I already do that consistently.
Tabby responded stating that approvals are handled by an automated system and referred me to a general help article. However, this does not address the core concern why responsible users with a strong payment history are still being restricted without transparency.
I understand automation is used, but there should be better clarity or recognition for consistent users. Responsible usage should build trust, not uncertainty.
