30m T hose
Never ordered from here before, ordered on a Saturday, arrived on the Wednesday, exactly as described, haven’t tried it as it was bought as a gift, but I’m very impressed with service and delivery. Fingers crossed it performs as advertised.

Expandable hose.
Item was easy to order and was delivered before the scheduled date which was nice! Due to recent weather we have only used the hose a couple of times but it seems to be of much better quality than the previous expandable one we had.

Extremely poor customer service. (non existent)
How on earth do you contact anybody at this company. Almost impossible.
Received my hose in a shabby old box, completely tangled up, and can you believe a damaged usb cable with exposed wires. I have no idea why this was in the box. My disabled daughter hurt her finger on the wires when she opened the box. I can only imagine this was a second hand hose that someone had returned.
I also did not receive the free spray gun that was advertised.
I have since been unable to contact anyone, so nmy advice would be not to purchase anything from t-hose.

Hello, I'm really sorry about that! I haven't seen any emails from you. If you just send an email to info@t-hose.co.uk and I'll get a replacement sent out to you straight away.
Occasionally these things do happen and packaging can break in transit. Not to worry though, we'll always just send a new replacement. I do apologise about the cable, that's certainly not from us, and I suspect it has been picked up from the bottom of a delivery van.

Seems to live up to the name, no leaks after 3 months. Nice bright colour, seems to stay clean. All good so far.

Very very flimsy. Do not leave it outside
Within a day then hose was bitten through several times. They have refused to refund even though their website says:
"Our expandable hose is the strongest on the market.
It doesn’t leak, it's super easy to use and comes with a 200% money back guarantee"
It's not strong at all. Just made with flimsy material. There is no warning on their site that animals will find it easy to nibble on it.
