Happy Experience at Syster Lycklig
I discovered the store through Google shopping when I was looking for a particular item so it was my first time ordering with Syster Lycklig who has exceeded my expectations. The web shop was easy to navigate and finding the exact products I wanted was easy! The checkout procedure was simple with multiple payment options on offer including Swish.
The delicate items arrived safely but one of the items did have a small imperfection from manufacturing, I contacted the customer service department to see if I could exchange who apologised and said it was possible to exchange but were instead very happy to send out a replacement! My experience has been wonderful and Anna-Karin in the department was very pleasant, accommodating and efficient during our communication. If the company continues to deliver this service to their customers every time then they will be destined to be the best store in Stockholm! Thank you Syster Lycklig.
