It’s CRAZY!
I ordered some Easter decorations from them.Some of the products were damaged in transit ,and I ordered 5 Easter eggs,theirs texture are not the same as the description,some of them are smooth and some of them are matt. Two eggshell pots are pink, they are white in the description.
I tried to contact them, a week later I still can't get the answer. Until I contacted them again, told them I won’t pay the invoice, then I got a reply right away.
But they ask me to pay the return shipping cost.I already payed the shopping when I ordered the products.This is their problem because I need to return all of the items ,it’s not mine! Ask the customer to pay for their mistakes, does it make sense?
