Have just installed a new ZIP nor system and needed some technical advice regarding the mobile phone application. I spoke to Rob in technical support and his brand knowledge and help was invaluable. He had resolved the issue within minutes. Very helpful and professional service.

Update to my System Q review.
In light of my previous review I contacted Geraldine Hitchin the General Manager for System Q to discuss my complaint along with why our account had been put on stop and no support as a result of our review.
Geraldine was very helpful in allowing us to move forward from the previous experience and assisting us further with any outstanding work. We are now continuing to work with System Q and will provide any further reviews as necessary.

The Alien Dvr was installed by the company System 2 Locking Road
Weston Super Mare and lasted app.4 months . As System 2 had not taken the course at System Q they were not recognised as authorised installers . This is the get out for System Q ( Alien ) any retailer is classed as an enduser if they have not paid a large sum of money to attend their training course . I have been given various names of alleged installers of Alien Dvrs and when they are contacted they refute they are installers and say they have only purchased a dvr , many saying it was the worst purchase they had ever made as there is no back for breakdowns which are many , there is no sale of goods act as far as System Q are concerned . DO NOT PURCHASE an ALIEN DVR .

Alien DVR very poor
Alien DVR range of software (CCTV Window, iOS App) is poor. CCTV Window is not compatible with Windows 10, despite their claims it is. The software is poorly written and seriously buggy. It is rarely updated, and the only way to get an update is to purchase new hardware. Basically the version available when hardware is purchased is the version the customer must live with.
End customers uphappy, so steer clear.
SystemQ have no interest in improving the quality of the software.
