I visited System Q to chat through options relating to CCTV monitoring and was very fortunate to have been guided through the options by Phil Barnes. Due to Phil’s extensive knowledge and fantastic customer service I bought the system that Phil recommended.
I am thrilled with the system but more importantly the extensive after care I have received from Phil. Nothing is too much trouble from me popping into the showroom to guidance over the phone regarding set up and maximising the potential of the system I have purchased.
I would recommend System Q to any potential new customers as my experience has been exceptional. Thanks yet again Phil you are the knowledge.

For someone who is not very fluent with software I found Phil at System Q very helpful and patient with a good positive attitude.

Now got a reply from Director, all I can say get your facts correct before replying, check back to your customer service when I bought the camera from your company, absolute shambles, you obviously have friends who put good reviews on for you, accept criticism and sort your customer service department.
Still won’t buy anything from them, yeah they may have setup a DVR before for my customer, but they will only do it once then charge you the next time, at least COP has the decency to speak to you, and a advanced replacement next day!

I have spoken to System Q regarding an issue with a Alien DVR, they would not put me through to technical because I put a bad review on here over a year ago regarding the poor customer service with a faulty camera I had.
Lisa went to speak to the Managing Director regarding my request to speak to technical, and I have been told, because I have not bought anything from them recently I cant speak to the technical department even though it is regarding one of the Alien DVR products.
This is exactly why I will not buy anything from them, terrible customer service, and the Managing Director has threatened to take me to court, because they dont like an honest opinion on the customer service.

I always find system Q sales & support very helpful where other have failed, So would highly recommend.

We have been dealing with System Q for the last 25 years. The team are extremely helpful and efficient in both sales and support.
Any issue we may have setting up our customers' installations and the support team Rob, Phil and John are straight onto the issue and have it sorted. Our company has some complex systems out there and the team has not failed to resolve any issue that they have been confronted with as a team or individually. Rob being our prime handler.
Second to none service, very happy.

Many thanks to Phil who guided me through the process of getting me up and running with my DVR. Phil has lots of patience when talking people through things. Top man.

Had a reinstall of our cameras following a move and our electrician was not able to get them working on our phone.

Following email conversations with Phil and Robert, Phil worked his magic and got us up and running within about 15 minutes.

Fabulous service and even though we were out of our service agreement, they were still able to help for what appears to be a nominal fee of £40 plus VAT.

Thank you very much - would definitely recommend and look forward to upgrading in the future.

As always excellent technical assistance from the guys at System Q. Dealt with Rob again today and as always he was very courteous and patient, ultimately the set up problem was swiftly resolved saving me a major headache. Thanks Rob et all for your support!

Many thanks to Phil in technical department for assistance in re setting the log on details for my iPhone app which had suddenly stopped working.

I’ve used there quality products for many years, since retiring and moving I thought I would install CCTV at my new place.
Brilliant products and great customer service as always.
Very impressed with the scatter box, no messing around running cables to the TV’s around the house as the unit utilises the existing aerial cables.
The after sales support team are second to none.

After I had exhausted all my avenues setting up a DVR, I gave them a call, problem was on my end at the router, Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, had all up and going in a matter of minutes. Have been buying here for years, Equipment is good quality and service is first class. Thanks guys.

When the app was updated it didn't work. I emailed the guys to tell them of the problem and the response was instant. They worked hard to solve the problem and informed me as soon as a fix was available. First class customer service.

Phil managed to walk us through the set up and the mobile app so we were quickly up and running. Excellent service thank you .

I have just been on the phone to a Man called Phil in the technical department of systems q ltd in regards to trying to set my i phone up to my live cameras Phil was guiding me through the process to get the cameras logged onto my i phone from the vast knowledge he has as he has worked for the company for around 20 years . Nothing was too much trouble which is unusual to find companies who give this excellent after sales service thanks very much phil very much appreciated your help in solving my problem .Regards

After visiting the company for a first time yesterday, i was much impressed by the professional approach of their representative David S. He took time out to explain issues and demonstrate their products in a very comprehensive and clear manner. his interpersonal skills were exemplary. I left the organisation thinking that this is a company that I could work with and would not mind being associated with their products. I called colleagues to speak about them and recommend that they look at the website. Thank you. I will be ordering from you in the near future

Following all our camera's failing we contacted the Tech Support and with the great help of Phil Barnes the fault on our system was found (not an equipment error) one of the rj45 plugs our electrician fitted was at fault.
All now working great.

Spoke to Phil who managed to sort out connection issue with DVR systems. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the support services provide. Greatly appreciated and many thanks.

Excellent customer care - spoken to Phil on 3 occasions over the past 2 days whilst setting up the mega hero system, he has been so patient and helpful, even for myself with only the most basic computer knowledge!.
The system seems to be very good quality, and an extremely clear well focus picture, particularly at night. Great that the app allows you to check the camera when out & about.
I would definitely recommend this company.
