The best brand in the world

I started buying from synical in 2021 and it’s been so cool to see them evolve. Always coming out with new products and i love everything i have. Just recently picked up a synsport zip and it’s unreal.

Absolutely Love the Quality

Picked up a couple of things, got a really nice hoodie that I am extremely happy with! Professional quality and they even threw in free stickers + a coin for their 5 year anniversary. Eager to see their upcoming drops!

Love everything i got.

i picked up a pair of wardog cargos and a couple speed zips, everything was really high quality, i was surprised because it was all priced super fairly. Def will be back!

Great quality and super affordable!

I got my son 2 Speed zip ups and a few tee shirts for school, he was very happy with everything and had been asking us to purchase from here for a while. Shipping took a couple weeks but the support team was super communicative and helpful! We will be back for sure!

Terrible customer service!

I placed an order for two shirts from this company on April 4th, 2025. For the first three months, I received no updates at all. After reaching out by email, they responded saying I could either get a refund or wait longer, estimating another two to four weeks. Since I still wanted the shirts, I agreed to wait.

A couple months later, I still hadn’t heard anything. In August, they emailed again saying the shirts were finally coming in and would ship out within a couple of days. That gave me the impression my order was finally being fulfilled, but that never happened.

Months continued to pass with no shipment. This is especially frustrating because I had previously ordered two hoodies from them, and even those took around three to four months to ship. At least those eventually arrived. This time, it has now been about a year and I have received neither the shirts nor a refund. I’ve continued trying to email them, but now they won’t respond at all.

I really wanted to support this company because I liked their clothing, but the lack of communication, broken promises, and failure to deliver or refund after a year is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a button up hoodie and a speed zip up, was super happy with the quality and how fast everything came. These were great for the winter and definitely will be shopping again.

non-existent customer service, bordering on fraud

Team reached out promptly after I posted this review. After providing my order number, I had to reach out constantly for updates. I received a notice that my order was canceled on 2/24, then on 2/26 I got a message from the team that they’ll let me know on 3/2 if there is a clear timeline for delivery on the order. You guessed it, no update, so I reached out for clarity and a refund confirmation. To my surprise, the refund was processed on 2/24, BEFORE they told me that they’d let me know if my order would be shipped out. They said the refund would clear by Monday 3/9. It is 3/12 and the refund has not processed. I now have to reopen a dispute with my bank.
Do not order from this company.
Really cool concept & loved supporting a small business but there is 0 communication regarding shipping / product delays. Ordered a hoodie as a christmas present on Black Friday. There was some issue with importing materials which is fine, although the company didn’t tell us this, we had to reach out multiple times to find out where the order was and why it hadn’t arrived when it was due. It’s nearly the end of February and the team hasn’t provided any updates on an estimated shipping date. My brother (who said gift was for) had some luck getting information / delayed responses from their discord. Regular emails & instagram dm’s go unanswered whilst they actively post on social media. If the product is actually in stock, it’s worth the purchase. But I would highly advise against placing any orders that are not ready to ship & I would recommend using your credit card so that if you also wait 3 months to find out what’s going on, disputing the charge is less of a headache. Hope you guys turn things around & get it together.

No clothes and no refund (Issue resolved)

I originally ordered some stuff back in June; I've waited for 6 months and haven't received anything. I then requested a refund on their Discord server over a month ago. Their staff told me I would get my money back after 7-10 days, but I didn't. It now has been 38 days, and there is still nothing on my bank account. Now they are ghosting me and haven't answered my ticket or my mails.

Edit: My issue has been taken care of instantly, and I have received my money. They even offered a free hoodie for the inconvenience. If anyone has problems regarding their order, I can really recommend checking out their Discord; They'll help you there!

Amazing quality

Amazing quality. I honestly cant believe how low the prices are. Its like nothing you can find in stores. Designs are fire and they're original. Top tier for sure.

been waiting since August

I've been waiting since August. (its the end of january) Been promised multiple different dates. I found that my help suddenly stopped over email but found quick help in their discord server. They've offered me a free hoodie for the delay along with the refund so they do make up for the delays and mistakes well. Refund is pending and i havent recieved the hoodie yet so i'll update once i get them both :). Can say i've been quick to update my review as i was replied to very quickly after writing here and on discord. If you run into any problems, i highly reccomend the employees or helperd (idrk) on discord server :)

I ordered a zip-up on December 3rd of 2025. It was not sold out at that time, and it said it would ship in a few weeks. However, it never shipped, so I decided to send an email after New Year's and ask about it. They never replied, so I sent another email a week later. Still, I got no response, and I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Edit: After leaving this review, Synical finally reached out to me! It seems that they want to take credit for cancelling my order and giving me a refund, but I had no option to cancel my order and received zero communication from them. Yikes.

Ordered mid November as a Christmas…

Ordered mid November as a Christmas present and they kept telling me they had trouble with the shipment process. Then after another month of no news I wrote again and again with no reply if u look at there inst many people are also saying there orders have not arrived in the comments the fact that this company is on the shop app definitely tricked me into thinking this company was legit

03/03/26 - got even worse when they said that the order would arrive finally on the 10th of feb which it never did then after being ghosted finally I just want a refund which they send me an email saying my order has been refunded. But it hasn’t and it’s now been another 2 weeks with no more info. Pls synical if u see this give me back my money

There are no comments on our instagram stating that there orders have not arrived. We stated that we had a backlog of orders due to holiday traffic and we're shipping them out as soon as possible. Our business has shipped out over 50k orders lifetime. We reached out to you via email asking for your order number but did not receive a response. If you respond to our email we will look into the inquiry and gladly reship/refund the order for you!

I received my refund

My order was canceled and I received my refund

I ordered a jacket for a Christmas gift. I still haven't received it 7 weeks later. When I sent emails asking when it would be received I was told that they were waiting for a supply from their supplier but that I could cancel anytime. I finally cancelled 12 days ago and got an immediate reply that my order was cancelled, I would receive an email confirming the refund in 2-3 days and I would see the credit on my account in 7-10 days. I have not had the email or the credit. When I send an email I don't get any response.
