Florian ‘s customer service. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was outstanding and made me feel important. He was an excellent sales rep and I would like him to be acknowledged for this. In this day and age it’s hard to get any one to help you, let alone someone who answers the company’s phone with a real person on the line to be able to talk too. I may have not made purchase so quickly without the customer service I experienced. This is what makes a companies product shine even brighter. I am a happy customer and I will always remember this good purchase experience. That’s what bring a customer back and creates the word of mouth that makes others aware of the products. Thank you ! Good people here and a knowledgeable team to boot. Very accommodating, friendly and transparent about the products with no pressure. Thankfully we live close giving us the opportunity to visit them two days in a row. First visit was curiosity and second was confirmation we needed this tool…the Go Easy trailer.

We are basically new to the Sylvansport go but not to camping. The Go camper is a really good camper well thought out and well built, People always compliment it when they see it . As for the Sylvansport Customer Service it is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for top quality products and Customer service.

Well, I sent you pictures of damaged parts and I only received one replacement part. If it wasn’t for my brother fixing everything prior to receiving the replacement parts I would not have been able to use my dine o max set properly. My brother is an engineer and he was able to completely straighten out bent parts and reassemble! I was truly disappointed in the incomplete replacement order.

My order was wrong but was quickly corrected once pointed out. Good work folks.

I think that a over 200 spent on your product should be shipped on you. Doesn't show me much about your customer appreciation .

I should be able to enter in an address for my credit card at checkout. Took me forever to realize that the order wasn't going through because of address. Also, no estimate on when it will arrive.
