I made an order but i failed to complete KYC, I got charged for it even tho the order has been stuck on pending for hours. I didn't get refunded. SCAM
Edit: I contacted support and got directly refunded a couple of hour after, very quick response.

Another crypto scam platform I have approximately 260€ with of crypto in my wallet but I can't do nothing with it. I can not send it to anyone because I don't get the code on my email, I can not exchange the crypto into another coin, the certification doesn't work, ...
