SwitchAid was fabulous. Brandon and the team were so helpful and attentive and endlessly patient with us while we faffed about trying to get contracts ended elsewhere. We are so glad we have found them to look after all our future SIM needs etc as our charity grows.
Excellent Service for the Voluntary Sector
SwitchAid are committed to getting excellent prices for the voluntary sector. We're a small charity but have worked with a number of different providers to get cheaper Mobile Bills. SwitchAid have the best customer service of anyone we've dealt with, and it is nice to know the names of people you're dealing with - unlike some of the larger companies.

Switchaid were so helpful in getting us up and running with WiFi, mobiles and phones in our new building. Sarah and Lee were always around to help and went the extra mile to get us the best deals and prices. Impressive support
We haven't ordered our broadband yet but the level of support from Switchaid is impressive. If we are able to exit our current extortionate contract, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be seeking a new broadband deal through Switchaid.

Fifty percent cheaper and better than ever.
I was keen to obtain a better comms system for our charity and preferably cheaper than the inflated rates we were then paying to one of the big suppliers. With the assistance of Carla Redpath we have obtained a voip system that better suits our needs and provides voicemail messages via the charity email account. This new service is 50% cheaper than we were paying and is much more responsive to the needs of the charity.
