SwitchAid was fabulous. Brandon and the team were so helpful and attentive and endlessly patient with us while we faffed about trying to get contracts ended elsewhere. We are so glad we have found them to look after all our future SIM needs etc as our charity grows.

SwitchAid are committed to getting excellent prices for the voluntary sector. We're a small charity but have worked with a number of different providers to get cheaper Mobile Bills. SwitchAid have the best customer service of anyone we've dealt with, and it is nice to know the names of people you're dealing with - unlike some of the larger companies.

Sarah and Lee were always around to help and went the extra mile to get us the best deals and prices. We haven't ordered our broadband yet but the level of support from Switchaid is impressive. If we are able to exit our current extortionate contract, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be seeking a new broadband deal through Switchaid.

The team did a great job renegotiating our phone contracts, provided new handsets and saved us a small fortune on our monthly bills. Carla then helped source and arrange delivery of equipment purchased with our tech grant. Great service. Now working on switching our energy accounts.

The staff is very helpful and customer service is outstanding.

Great company to deal with. They have a fast and reliable response time and are always more than happy to help with any issue. I deal personally with Sarah and she is absolutely great. Would recommend to any business who has a large number of mobile phones.

I was keen to obtain a better comms system for our charity and preferably cheaper than the inflated rates we were then paying to one of the big suppliers. With the assistance of Carla Redpath we have obtained a voip system that better suits our needs and provides voicemail messages via the charity email account. This new service is 50% cheaper than we were paying and is much more responsive to the needs of the charity.

Excellent service provided by Carla Redpath on behalf of the company. As our service grows Carla has assisted us to meet our communication needs.

Fantastic Team Effort. Michael has been fantastic regards advising us on best plans for Internet. Brandon has been really with regards to supplying mobile phones to my team. With contact made during each step of the process it was a quick and easy process. Very fast turn around from application to delivery of handsets We are now in the process of setting up internet and Brandon has been fantastic just waiting on our equipment arriving.
