Constructive feedback I would provide is that when I order chlorine, I would like to be able to do that online and not have to make a phonecall. Also - those deliveries are only on Friday's and that is not always convenient for me.

Overall I have had good experiences with Swimart at Lindfield but there have been a few negative items. I recently upgraded my pool filter and after the work was completed I discovered that a connection was leaking. To their credit hey promptly came to fix it. I also separately changed from a chlorine dosing system to a salt water chlorinator. The control box was placed in an awkward position but again they came promptly to fix it. There was also insufficient salt put in the pool which the shop assistant wanted me to pay for but my argument was that there had obviously not been sufficient salt put into the pool in the first place. Happily, they acknowledged this and provided the extra salt to me. I have now just discovered that by going to a saltwater pool that I have in one way gone backwards. My previous dosing system used to monitor the chlorine level and add chlorine as and when required. The new system only monitors the salt level so the chlorine level in the pool can go high or low without any indication of this. It seems that the only way to manage this is to have the pool water tested very frequently and to adjust the chlorination level accordingly. I will need to discuss this aspect further with them.
