Super easy to use and nice when you’re not home and need deliveries let in

I'm impressed with the face detection, it even gets me when bundled up during the winter!

The code sharing for visitors is great! Super convenient.

I had issues with the android app and permissions in the past, not sure if that's improved recently since I usually only need the face detection.

At the click of a button, I was able to gain access instantly. Also made for a perfect app for any friends or deliveries that needed pass codes.

Swiftlane has been a really great upgrade to our building's intercom system. I love that I can see a live camera view of who is at the front door and speak to them before unlocking the door. Sometimes there is a little bit of a lag when pressing the "unlock" button and the door actually opening, but overall the experience is still so much better than our previous outdated system.

I appreciate feeling like my home is secure however I wish there were back up options in the case of power outages or system failure - there has been times when the doors had to be propped open with bricks due to power outages and that felt like it defeated the purpose of security.

Swiftlane is an easy to set up touchless control and video access system. It’s reliable and secure to use. It’s worth getting this system for your entrance. It’s been easy for our clients to operate . I highly recommend for great customer service and an attractive and modern system.

Intuitive to use and set up for guests, changes are immediately reflected

It is so convenient. Even when I am out running errands I can keep track of who is coming in and out. The one use or recurrent use visitor codes make me feel safe. Only downside is the when responding to a call it is extremely loud and can be disruptive.

I really like Swiftlane. The app is very intuitive and gives lots of nice options for guest access codes. You can make them single or multi-use and set expiration dates if you like. Best part is all the different ways to get into the building: facial recognition, code, or fob. Buzzing people in is also easy: you can do it (and see them) even if you are not at home.

Easy to let guests & packages in. Face ID is seamless. Would recommend.

I have been using Swiftlane since July 2023, and my experience has been extremely positive. I find it a very practical, fast, and efficient way to access the building, especially given the facial recognition feature, which works flawlessly.

I also really appreciate the different access options the system provides, such as generating unique entry codes for visitors, making guest access much simpler and more secure. Another feature I find very convenient is the intercom system connected directly to my phone, which adds a great level of practicality to everyday use.

Overall, Swiftlane provides a modern, intuitive, and secure access control experience.

Our Swiftlane system makes getting in and out of our building nearly effortless. I can't tell you how many times I've locked myself out of my apartment because I forgot my keys inside, but Swiftlane allows me to enter securely even without my keys.

The app is very user friendly, very easy to navigate.
I think an improvement would be creating multi use codes.

I have used Swiftlane for about three years now, since our building manager installed the intercom system f. Ior the tenants living here. I find the camera feature very helpful, even for missed calls, but I wish there was a way for the tenants to directly access the Live Cam view, without the doorbell being rang.
I have also witnessed visitors being very confused about which tenant to dial because the alphabetical tenant names is the only way to access. It would be safer and much more efficient to have a DIAL BY APARTMENT number feature.

It's so much easier than having a physical key card. Especially when having guests come to the office. A special security feature is that the elevators are programmed by floor, so your access only allows you to get on the floor you are SUPPOSED to be on. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the outside portal access's facial recognition is glitchy, so I have to dig around in my purse for my phone.

My apartment switched over to Swiftlane from a traditional doorman. I like how convenient it is to let in deliveries & friends when I’m not at home. It’s also nice to be able to see who’s at the door. However I don’t like that a default alerts come in the form of phone calls. I’m on the phone a lot for work and it’s very disruptive. My building has also had numerous times when the app at the front door crashed all together. I’ve had to go downstairs to manually let people in or call my super to be let in myself when the app is down which is extremely inconvenient.

The facial ID works every time, and having the code as a backup is always nice! I have been using Swiftlane at my apartment complex for about a year now I do like the interface of the app as well. I have never once had an issue with Swiftlane.

Swiftlane is a great addition to my building! It makes it easy to go in and let visitors in and the building feels secure

This system has been such an upgrade from our building's intercom! It's so convenient being able to buzz deliveries in from my phone, and the added security of being able to see who is at the door is major. I also personally find the system more intuitive to use than competitors, like the Butterfly system.

Swiftlane makes it easy for my when i forget my key fob. I’m able to use my phone, and even the Face ID feature.
