Sweet quality disappointing
The quality of the sweets was not what I expected. Packaging and delivery was good and the purchasing process was easy but the product itself is a bit disappointing. I expected a higher quality sweet at the prices paid.

Hi Marcella, your order contained 2 x Bubs bags and a mini bundle which is a mixture of 6 of our minis bags, not just bubs and stated in the picture and description. If you just wanted bubs sweets, why did you order a mini bundle as well? As it clearly stats it’s not just bubs sweets but a mixture of bonbons, chocolate, cables and jellies bags. Your 1 star review was based on a single ingredient, which we do not claim on any product description or anywhere on our website that our sweets are palm oil free. Also, you messaged us regarding palm oil, the same day you placed your order. You didn’t wait for a response before your order was dispatched, so it’s confusing how you could’ve known that some of our sweets contained palm oil before you received your order. It’s quite shocking that you’d take time out to give us a 1-Star review on one ingredient, and not any other products or services.
Very happy customer!
This was my second purchase from them. I bought it as a treat for my friend. The sweets came packaged perfect and had no issues with delivery. She really enjoyed them!

Wouldn’t recommend!
I’ve emailed the company multiple times about sending me the wrong order, and had no response after being told the right bag would be sent 3 weeks ago, I was a long term customer and won’t be ordering from them again!

Took far too long to arrive…
I ordered a gift for a friend to be delivered assuming that it would make it there in 5 working days at the very most and hoping that like most businesses it would arrive earlier. The item was delivered 11 working days later and over 2 weeks for a box of sweets. When I emailed to get an update as I wanted to make sure it arrived within 5 working days I got no response. Do not order from here if you expect a timely process and then delivery
