I could only email the team and have tried to do this on three occasions. No reply and no assistance. Money were deducted though. I had to dispute the payment through my bank to receive it back. Still waiting for order made over 3 months ago.
I ordered package on 9th of October 2020. 30th of October I got email that some of my products were sent to me. It’s January of 2021 and my products never came to me. I sent multiple email, in reply I got apologies and information that’s it’s COVID fault. After few emails I got blocked by them. I highly NOT recommend this company.

Poor customer service
I purchased products from Swanson International in September and it has taken three months for them to arrive. I had been emailed by Swanson Europe to deal with the issue, so I told them the products had finally arrived, but that it was not acceptable to take so long. Also, they should not refuse to give a refund if requested.
But I have just received a really defensive, rude email from their customer service. Apparently my goods were coming from the USA (although all previous identical products had shipped from Gibraltar) and it was my decision to buy from there, presumably because I wanted to get cheaper products, and they're not responsible for my decision. A simple apology would have sufficed and acknowledging my feedback. Now I wont be purchasing from them again.

AVOID!! Same as other peoples experiences below, estimated delivery was 8th November to 30 November, never arrived. Had an automated email saying to wait another 7 days due to covid. Still no items. Worst company ever used. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I placed an order with this "company" on July 21st 2020. By August 29th, more than a full month later, I had received nothing and heard nothing, not even an expected or estimated delivery date and so emailed them to chase this up.
I received a reply promptly, thanking me for my patience and giving me a three paragraph explanation of covid-19 slowing things down and asking me to wait an additional 7 days past the expected date which I had still not been told. They also asked me not to leave "leave negative feedback on public websites during this global pandemic affecting us all".
By October 13th (more than a full month later, 2 months and 23 days since my initial order) I was finally told that they in fact did not have my order, and it was only available on "backorder" and I would have to wait a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks.
That was 2 months ago to the day, and have received no items, and no refund. I am now looking to escalate this.
So, in summary, avoid these people like the plague. Worst company and customer service I have ever seen anywhere. I wish I had never interacted with them in the first place.

I have ordered Bitter Melon for over 6 years without any problems. However, I placed an order on 17 September with a anticipated delivery date between September 27 - October 7. I never received the order and when I queried this they asked me to remain patient and contact them again if I didn’t receive the order after 7 days. They also asked me not to publish a review.
