Swann camera system

This is my 2nd system I've bought from swann. The first system was supposed to be able to be hooked up to the internet for remote use,but there was a glitch an it was never fixed,so therefore it never worked. Other than that,they worked fine.the new system i bought about 10 months ago is awful. Three of the 4 cameras have moisture inside the camera housing an are blurry. I've reached out to customer support/ warranty dept 3 times an it's nothing but crickets. I called their sales line,an after a half hour wait,I finally was able to talk to a person. They sent me an email with a case number.so I uploaded the pictures to the email,an when I go to send them,the to,from an subject field is blank.so...another goddamn half hour on hold an they send me another email to try again an it's the same thing.im beyond pissed.after repeatedly sending them picturesof the blurry pictureon my screen, pictures of the receipt,pictures of theserial numbers on the cameras,they said they won't warranty them becausei couldn't prove when i bought them,but yet the receipt is very clear with the price an the date of purchase. .if I was only closer to their headquarters it would be nice so I COULD SHOW THEM HOW I REALLY FEEL. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.RUN FAST AN FAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

Need new update

Need more update! I’m really disappointed with the 2 way microphone it’s not working since the last update done I’m from Australia By the way

Good while it lasted

After a year of using the cameras they’ve now developed a fault which the tech team seem unable to fix. Sirens on all 5 cameras were all set to 5 minutes but every time I change mode they all revert to off. Since seeking help from the tech team nothing has changed except that one of the cameras now won’t pair with the network. Tech team suggested a repair via email. I’ve done as they asked and fed back that this hasn’t worked but I’ve heard nothing since. Since all cameras have developed this fault and the fault persists whichever phone I control them from, I can only assume that the App is the problem. If others have this fault they might not even be aware of it. I’ve written to the tech team again to chase up a response to my last requested feedback. If I get no satisfaction I’m considering changing to Simplisafe.
