I brought a Butia Capitata palm tree from these guys a couple of years ago which was absolutely outstanding & incredible value. I decided to buy a couple of bay trees last month. One of the trees was a little bit poorly I sadly didn’t make it 😬 & was in a sorry state. I contacted them & they were super helpful & today I’ve received a replacement which is looking fantastic. The customer service was excellent & I think the main thing ordering online is how will they handle things when they don’t go to plan & for that they’ve been fantastic. I will buy from them again & would happily recommend to friends & Neighbours.

Staff not very helpful. Not really interested in selling. Hardly anything with prices on, so you do have to ask the staff questions. You get a lot of unwanted free gifts with the plants in particular clover - no one wants that. Topiary plants you basically have to trim yourself as no one’s done it. They are also not what they seem as there’s wires bending them into shape attached to the pot. So when you take the plant out of the pot……. Also not guaranteed. My plant shed a load of leaves when I put it in my car. Had to hoover the car. So to sum up. Could be far better! I think they rely on online sales. Then you just have to have what turns up.

Very happy with the tuscan olive tree I received! For £224.95 and FREE delivery!! it was money very well spent! Very happy and will definitely be ordering from again!!

So happy with our purchase we visited the nursery near dartford Kent. The staff were very friendly and attentive with lots of knowledg, the trees are beautiful, free delivery too, our tree arrived gently tied down on the pallet I was informed this would be tied due to height of the tree after unwrapping the delivery tree is magnificent thank you so much it looks amazing in our garden.

Purchased an olive tree for £250- they sell the exact same trees in Costco for £89 (in exactly the same pots) from Spain.

Lady on the phone hung up the phone on me rather than trying to help- wouldn’t recommend if you are looking to purchase an olive tree!

Tried to cancel with 5 days notice from delivery, was told I’d incur a ‘small charge’ of £150!

Tree arrived squashed up with lots of damaged branches.

Not a great experience!

Just received my plant pots at £75 each after a long wait.
Believing they were stone pots on the price alone always read the whole advert.

They are plastic and like something from Home bargains.

So my fault didn’t read correctly

I am so pleased with the Photinia cloud tree that I have just received. It's a lovely full, thriving shaped tree,and accurately sized.I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from you again .

We arrived on Sunday morning to look at olive trees and was welcomed by Andrea. We had forgotten our dogs lead, and he particularly wanted to inspect the trees, Andrea was kind enough to find a piece of rope that made a perfect lead. Bill then went on to show us the trees.
What a selection! Bill did not hurry us and we chose what we wanted without any pushy sales tactics. We also found a beautiful Robin pom pom. Trees are being delivered on their free service and the trees themselves were well priced.
We were very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Superb selection of ancient olive trees. Just what I was looking for. Specially selected from Spanish olive groves and fully checked by Defra (which ensures they are disease free). Bill and Nicola are lovely owners who give great advice. Highly recommended!

Great selection of pots. I was looking for a lightweight large pot and found Sutton manor nursery. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, great choice of pots love my new pot I had struggled to find a good choice of pots until I discovered these guys they stock lovely trees too would certainly recommend.

We bought two large thick stem plaited Bay trees that are super healthy and look great now potted at home. On site support and advice was great, and delivery really professional, plants were well protected and driver super helpful.

A good company to deal with, Initially we didn't get off to a good start as the product I ordered, which was advertised on their website, was unavailable and I was only notified a few weeks after the order was placed. However they did call and explain and the full refund was processed promptly. I then returned to the company and emailed them requesting a different product. This was delivered on the day they stated and before delivery they even sent me a photo of the plants to confirm I was happy. I would happily recommend the nursery and also use them again
