I have ordered quite a few trees / plants from this company over the last few years and have never been disappointed all have been exceptional quality and great value for money . Today I took delivery of my 1st Dicksonia Antarctica which yet again is exceptional quality and a great delivery service , it was delivered by rob who was happy to take this into my back garden as I had a sprained ankle . I highly recommend the palm tree company and will continue to purchase more from them in the near future. 5 star rating

I would rate lower than one star if I could, bought 2 olive trees for nearly £2,000 looked bare bit was promised they will come back when it’s their season, they didn’t, I emailed, they said they will definitely be ok, emailed each year for the next 3 years as they got worse, I said they’re clearly dead, their response, you’ve left it to long to complain!!! Cheeky bastards. Do not buy from this company.

Just taken delivery of a fantastic 4ft Tree Fern: the trunk is lovely and chunky. Only ordered last week so delivery has been very quick given the Easter Bank Holiday. The driver, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he deliver the trunk to our courtyard but he also ran through planting, feeding/watering and over-wintering protection with us. First class service.

What I was told and paid for was one thing and what I received was another I was shown a picture of what I was told was a branched 5 head palm tree what I got was a branched four head with one unsightly limb sawn off When questioned was told oh I didn’t see that with no offer of a refund . Also watch out if ordering large trees as whilst put in a van by a number of men arrives with one expecting help to remove it from truck Having just come out of hospital following operation I thankfully managed to rope in some nearby workmen to assist driver to extract it from van

Just received our second order from The Palm Tree Company, you often hear it said that any company is only as good as the last person you see, I can honestly say this is very true for The Palm Tree Company as their driver, Paul is amazing, so polite and respectful, with the they way he does his job you’d think he owns the company, from initial enquiry through order acknowledgment to delivery, this is the reason why I keep returning to The Palm Tree Company. Please keep up the great work as you’re a pleasure to deal with!

Superb service. Ordered a Queen Palm on the Saturday and arrived by the Monday evening. A Very high quality Palm. Delivery service was excellent with some Palm feed thrown in as a nice freebie/thankyou too. Nice touch. Great service and will be back soon. Thankyou

Just got two more tree ferns from this amazing company absolutely superb really wide with loads of fonds already coming out chris is very helpful and they have there own delivery team purchased trachycarpus waggi and fatsia green fingers brilliant quality i use this company all time has i have said before the best place in the country for tropical plants and amazing quality choice

I ordered a tree fern but I didn't anticipate how heavy it would be and I wasn't able to move it to where I wanted it in the garden. However, they were able to exchange it for a smaller, lighter tree fern which is much more suitable for me. I really appreciated it the service and I'm delighted with the new tree fern.

What can I say, will not order Terracotta plant pots from anywhere else. Ordered a small plant pot to match one of my larger ones but when delivered wasn't in stock and they provided a larger similar pot at the same price. Customer service is amazing and the delivery man very kindly asked if the replacement was acceptable, which it was. Great company and will always order plant pots from here. Thank you so much as now my bamboo has more room to grow. Great company!

Second time using this firm.
Bought a 4ft tree fern in 2024 and a 10L yucca this year.

Quality of plants are excellent and service very friendly, with delivery direct to your door.

Highly recommend if you want to buy a big beautiful tree. Prices are so much cheaper than a garden centre.

I have used the palm tree company for a few years now, for tree ferns, fatsia and other plants , and the service is first class just like the plants you receive.

I received a beautiful Dicksonia Antarctica from the palm tree company last month and i already have 19 fronds on it and it is absolutely a stunning tree! The company itself were very helpful when i called for advice and also very helpful when i needed to change delivery date!
If you want tropical good quality plants this is deffo the company to go with!

From the moment I contacted the company the whole experience was amazing. Very professional. And the palm tree that was delivered was sooooo much more than we could have hoped for. Very tall, thick girth and very healthy. It was placed in the back garden as requested.
Altogether would recommend unreservedly.

Chris replied quickly to my emails and was very helpful. I ordered an olive tree late on Friday afternoon and a lovely healthy looking tree arrived on Tuesday morning. Excellent service and quality product.

Hi Chris, Allen and the team.Just a quick line, I took delivery of my tree fern today and I'm well chuffed with it, superb specimen! The delivery was painless, text message day before so I knew when it was coming( 7am😱) Sean took the fern to where I wanted it and even complimented my garden! He is a star and a credit to your firm. Have to save up again now as I've seen some other plants I'd like😁.

I have ordered about 4 times from TPTC over the last couple of years and each plant was delivered in good quality and condition. It's worth bearing in mind that the majority of their plants, particularly the more mature specimens, are field grown in Italy/Spain, and so do get dug up and squeezed into pots, but they endeavour to ensure that the plants have re-rooted healthily before bringing them over to the UK for onward sale to the customer. This helps to ensure that the plants will flourish to expectations. Communication from product enquiry through to payment and delivery is generally good, however it's again worth noting that they're often really really busy so you might have to give them another nudge sometimes if your query happens to slip astray especially if it's urgent. Pricing of plants seems to be about right and they are often cheaper than other retailers on the market. The pre-order service is also handy particularly if you have a specific wishlist and want to guarantee first dibs on the next import of plants for the next growing season. Overall lovely to do business with I would recommend and will continue to use TPTC going forward.
