Their bath mat cracks.
They won’t replace it or refund you either.
Don’t buy!

I purchased one of their Stone bath mats 6 months ago. It has cracked in half. I am elderly and only weigh 160 lb and this mat was never abused in any way. The company emailed me back that they would not replace it or refund my money because it was outside of the 30-day return policy which they could never make an exception for. I am trying to survive on social security and I spent a lot of money for this mat. I will never do business with this company again

The pillows are great, but the custom pillow cases are a disappointment. We bought two pillow cases and both had the zipper fail after the 30 day warranty had expired. We are not willing to buy any more due to the high price tag and flimsy zippers. No help offered by customer service.

return policy is to run you around until you give up.
malfunctuning app, website, requiring photos of each item, then crashing, linking to free photo apps. Service people just send you back to the app.

Terrible company. I ordered the pillow, I understand people have different needs. The pillow is fine for me.

I ordered the $49 pillow case and it’s crap. It stains from your head (others have complained about this too), I have to wash it twice a week after soaking it in Dawn dish soap.

I told them I wanted to return and get my money back, this was within their 30 trail period. They offered me a credit to use at their store and it was less than I spent for the pillowcase and shipping.

I kept complaining and they said they were moving my complaint up the chain. From then on it’s been radio silence.

I will report this to BBB too, they seem to answer disgruntled customers on that site.

Go elsewhere to buy this. Many companies make almost identical pillows. I will never spend a dime with Sutera again.

I love my Sutera stone bathmat! My puppy was constantly stealing the cloth bathmat and walking away with it, and even when he didn’t, he would mess it up! When I would get out of the shower, I would have nothing on the floor to keep me from slipping and falling. I’ve always liked the Sutera stone mat, and it’s been on my wishlist for a long time, but now purchasing one became a necessity! It looks really sharp and clean and keeps me safe getting out of the shower. And my puppy is unable to steal it from me bonus!

Quality made products speak for themselves when you never consider the difference in pillows until you try sutera you realize that you were using the wrong pillow sleep apnea sore neck shoulders this pillow is designed for all of your supportive needs the pillow case is worth every penny

Return shipping cost that were your fault. Not happy with your business practice. Not a happy customer. Very upset with your company.

I have the best pillow keeping my neck in one spot. I have the shower mat no more slipping in shower. I have the bath stone. Everything is wonderful that I have purchased and it’s how they word things that got my attention. I really appreciate this company. Thank you for the great products.

This pillow has changed my life! I fall asleep fast and stay asleep because it’s so comfortable.

I bought their pillow and pillowcase and wish I had done more research before. Sutera markets themselves as a luxury brand without the markups. I found their product to be average, as described but nothing special and you can find the exact same thing for less at other retailers. The pillow didn't end up working for me and when I looked up their return policy and it was pretty crappy and when reading about other people's experiences with trying to return I didn't bother. So I think if their product works for you it's fine, but it's overpriced and you can find better trial/return policies elsewhere.

Thoroughly enjoying Sutera's products. I've purchased the Japanese washcloth several times and recently purchased the seat cushion. Would highly likely this company.

Honestly, I really love this product. I’ve always had trouble or bad experiences with bathroom floor mats. After getting this product, I don’t think I can go back to any other mat for my bathroom. I could say for certain that they definitely modernized a environmentally friendly product.

This is truly a great pillow, and it is for various sleepers I personally turn on all my sides during my sleep and this is a very comfortable pillow that sort of cradles your head. I now wake up refreshed, most importantly no neck pain and just feeling rested.

Because I've had 4 neck surgeries I have been on the hunt for the "perfect" pillow. I can't believe how many "neck friendly" pillows I've bought and discarded. MY SEARCH IS OVER!! This is my 3rd purchase of sutera pillow. The first I bought for myself and liked it so well I bought one for my husband. He likes his too. I think I've had the initial pillow about 5 years, maybe, and just started noticing (due to a chronic neck condition) that it may have lost some firmness so ordered a replacement. Quick shipping, great quality, good communication, works for my neck.

I have had neck pain for over 30 years due from an accident. After spending 100s of dollars on pillows I finally found the best neck pillow for a great price. I have now slept on this pillow for over a week and when I wake up I am free from neck pain. I can’t believe I suffered for so long. Sutera is a great company and I would be the first to say “try their pillow”!
