What a very unprofessional and disorganised business!!! I had to get refund for my first payment of a class with Turkish mosaic lamp making due to many issues, now they've sent me a bizarre email 5 months later saying I have an order for the same class on the way, when I do not?!? This is a waste of my valuable time having to check if I've been inappropriately charged by this obviously very badly run business and then follow up with a complaint, and given I'd never attend any of their classes ever again or recommend them to anyone, I now finally leave the negative reviews I chose not to 5 months ago thinking I got a refund so just leave it - but now this hopeless unprofessional art masterclass just wastes my time yet again. I do not recommend anyone wastes their time and money on art masterclass workshops.

I had made reservations for 2 individuals at a local class. However, on the day of the class I was in the ER, so they mailed the two kits I had purchased. When the kits arrived, the glue bottle had leaked ridiculously in one, so there was not enough glue to complete the project. In the second package, there were not enough beads or tiles. It too was unable to be finished. I contacted the company asking where I could leave a review. Someone named Valerie responded by requesting my phone number to call me. She called me the next day. She said they were going to send me a new kit. That was somewhere around October 30, give or take a day or two. It is now 3 weeks later and no kit has arrived. I have emailed two times and no one is now responding. As far as I am concerned, this was a waste of money and time. I would not recommend this company.

Key Issues
• Repeatedly ignored cancellation/refund requests (documented emails from March 4 & March 12, 2025) in addition to several phone calls and voicemails.
• Company representative falsely claimed a “full refund” was issued (June 14, 2025) when it was not.
• A gift card was issued June 18, 2025, promised with no expiration date, then revoked without notice in August 2025.
• Representative fabricated financial records, falsely referencing a chargeback of $207.87 (never charged to me, confirmed by my bank).
• Continued deception and refusal to resolve the matter in good faith.

First thing I would say is make sure you measure the lamps prior to ordering the Moon Lamp is HUGE! When I got there I knew right a way there was absolutely no where I could fit this lamp into my home. They had extra lamps and I was able to downgrade to the swan lamp which ran $139 the moon lamp was $179 however they kept my $40 shame on them. Oh well tried not to ruin my day. The intructors were soft spoken didn't help anyone except telling you how to adhere your design and they cut the top of the glue for you. After 2 hours they quickly showed you how to adhere the beads and then load your lamp glass. No one was able to finish their products in the entirety so you have to go home and watch videos in order to even finish. For that price I could have ordered one at home and done on my own. Highly disappointing. If you are expecting like wine and paint or board and brush, this is NOT that. You will leave with an unfinished product to do at home by yourself. Might as well by your DIY kit for home. Not worth the trouble of going.

Terrible customer service when there is an issue. Nobody responds to emails, voice mails or texts ......months later.
Spent almost $200 in December and now in nearly June and still not resolved.
Would NEVER use this company again to buy vouchers and wouldn't want to use them as an experience due to this.
Don't waste your time with this company, you will end up wasting money

We had a team activity there and it was a really wholesome experience. The instructor was very kind and informative and helpful.

Purchased 2 DIY kits for birthday gifts. The 'kits' are sent as one packing box of supplies. They are not packaged as separate kits. Only one set of instructions was included. This would probably be ok for a craft night, but not great for gifting. Given the price (RRP $109 each) it is disappointing that the supplies aren't packaged as actual separate DIY kits with their own set of instructions.

My sister gave me a voucher one Christmas and I took her and our Mum to make a lamp each. We have since purchased another voucher for Mum as she enjoyed it so much, as we all did. It is a fantastic gift idea. The venue is colourful and calm and inspiring. The manager and staff are all so friendly. I am a perfectionist and move slowly so I didn't finish in time (even though I had hours and hours) so they gave me more than enough supplies to finish at home. The other groups there were varied, from mothers and sons to young adults - male and female. I use my lamp all the time!

Instructors were lovely and very knowledgeable and patient. Kits are very good. Lots of fun

Really enjoyed this workshop with a couple of friends. The venue was a little cool in Canberra so wear something warm and then go enjoy!

Fantastic! What a wonderful fun experience & at the end of it, a beautiful lamp to behold. Amazing energy & enthusiasm in the hall crafted by our delightful & very entertaining instructor. Can’t wait to do it again now that I have some idea what’s involved & what I need to do 🥰

The class atmosphere was relaxed and the teacher was friendly. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. We were given Apple tea and Turkish Delight which was nice. There were some nice items for sale at the end of the class but they didn’t appear to have price tags. We finished the class with a beautiful lamp that we had decorated ourselves. I intend going back to do another class soon it was so enjoyable.

Wonderful product, easy to follow instructor, very caring when Autistic daughter had a meltdown over placing too many tiles, and knew exactly what to say and how to fix it. Lovely Turkish tea and Turkish delight.

It was a great experience to make my own lamp, and the result is brilliant! I very much enjoyed the class.

It was a nice experience. The ambience of the venue was basic. Should of gone to Melbourne city as it appears to have a better vibe.
By watching all the states instagram videos we did not have the right matching small beads. The light pink and red were off.
