Possibly the worst survey company online. You wont qualify for 99 percent of surveys, and the ones you may qualify for, you'll be kicked out in the middle of the survey for no reason / it'll return to the home page. I spent an hour fuddling with it as I desperately need a few dollars and couldn't make a single dollar. Whoever runs the backend of this app/site needs to fix their code, and provide more transparency about your eligibility.

This is nothing but a scam don't believe the good reviews they are liars.

Fraudulent,Scam and fined by the Government.Before they pay you are forced to prove your ID, and proof of address to Veriff.

Surveytime is legit, selfies and ID verification after that receive $0.01 firstly to validate your PayPal and then receive $5.00 after 30 minutes.

This site is full of fraud and SCAM.Very big scammers.I used to receive my payment instantly and now since i made the payout, its been like for 72 hours and nobody paid me nothing!!!FRAUD AND SCAM!!!And even writing them emails , nobody answered me at all until now,Stay away from this site!!!!

Support is very very very bad. I emailed multiple times without any response i wont recommend this to anyone

I joined Survey Time since around summer of 2022, all worked out ok with no major issues & I was happy with the amazon.ca giftcard reward that I had been receiving for over a year.

Then without any warning or explanation, I could no longer access amazon.ca reward ( or any other rewards that I never perfered or used) since about January 2024. I was given only 1 survey completion point incentive they named ''Atoms'' which I have no idea how it works or how I can benefit from doing further surveys with SurvetTime & what these Atom points can redeem for.

My only preference remains amazon.ca giftcard as I do not use other already limited choice of incentives such as Target, Bitcoin, etc.

Survey Time never responded to my multiple email inquires if Amazon.ca giftcard is still available, etc. that I sent to them early 2024, late 2024 & June 10, 2025

At present, I personally feel that Survey Time has become a potential online survey scam that with forced upon me with a no choice survey incentive that has no use or value to an once eagar & committed Survey Time member.

Much disappointment with Survey Time since January 2024 when they became a survey incentive dictator to me.

i receive payouts of $0.01 to my Paypal account and balance reward $$ said will transfer after verification process and end up never receive payment in Paypal. they sent email:

But now, it's been more than 24 hours, I have not receive any in survey wallet. Stay away from this app!!!

I've been using surveytime for over a year, and made multiple payouts which I receive almost instantly. But now, it's been more than 24 hours, I have not receive my payment. I contacted their so called service centre by email, no one responds until now..NOTHING AT ALL!!! I don't even know what happens...read many² bad reviews all over social media and I was thinking it's fake coz I'm always receiving my payouts, but now it seems like it's true!! Stay away from this app!!!

Definitely a scam site beware tried to cash out 9 times was ignored still never paid smh.

Many people get nothing here after their site has updated paying method by AI certification. You will lose the time, money and your secret information catched by their AI certification process. And you will not understand that they use your secret information to do illegal things or not.

WOW! Surveytime is amazing, besides the frequency of survey forms that come almost every day with varied survey materials. The CashOut process is only 1 day, amazing! Surveytime is getting more advanced, I Love it!

I want to share my experience with this dishonest organization, hoping it helps others avoid wasting their time and energy.

For several months, I regularly completed surveys, providing my honest and personal opinions. After accumulating over $10, I decided to withdraw my earnings via PayPal. However, every single time I tried, I was met with the same message — “something went wrong with the system.”

I contacted their support team via email and even sent screenshots as proof. I received no reply. After sending a follow-up message, all of my earnings and my entire survey history were suddenly deleted from my account — again, with no explanation or response.

Frustrated and fed up, I decided to delete my account altogether, but even that option is blocked. It’s clear that this is a complete scam.

I strongly warn others to stay away from this platform. I sincerely hope this fraudulent business goes bankrupt and eventually faces legal consequences for their actions.

I reached the minimum withdrawal threshold. I attempted to withdraw just to test the waters. Not able to withdraw, don't waste your time. This is a scam.

Timesurvey.io is a bunch of naked scammers. Dirty bastards. 4 months do not withdraw honestly earned money on their site surveys and still just mock and scoff at all my requests why there is no withdrawal. The greatest bastards, not just engaged in fraud and steal time, experience and nerves of their customers, so just mock everything on all questions about not withdrawal of funds. But I will not leave it like that, I will prosecute them under the current laws of the country of their residence for the rest of their rotten lives. I publicly promise this and ask everyone who suffered from this fraudulent bastard cesspit to contact the police of their countries with a request to begin criminal prosecution of the gang of brazen antics of scammers.
Not only that they have specially invented a very complicated way of withdrawal, which is very difficult to realize, but after you do it, they just mock you for 4 months "no money, try again later". And so constantly. Caused me a huge moral damage and nervous breakdown, such creatures should be put in jail.

They owe me money and have asked me to verify myself before getting paid But their system will not let me do it I have emailed them multiple times about this but no reply
