Pending payment and documents verification,I tried many times to press verification button it doesn't seems to work,it's been 7 days my withdrawals are still pending,I tried complaining but no response, what is going on.

Unable to complete verification due to technical error – pending withdrawal

Hello Surveytime Support Team,
I am a user from Brazil and I am contacting you regarding a pending withdrawal of $7.52 that I am currently unable to complete.
Whenever I try to start the two-step identity verification process, the system fails to load and shows the error message: “Initialization Error (FTSDK)”.
To make sure the issue is not on my side, I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Cleared browser cache and cookies
Tested on multiple browsers (Chrome, Yandex, Opera)
Tried using different mobile devices
The error still persists, which strongly suggests this is a server-side issue related to your verification provider.
Since I am unable to proceed through the automated verification system, I kindly request either:
a manual identity verification via email, or
manual processing of my pending payment.
I would really appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

I earned the five dollar minimum and tried to cash out to no avail. I sent customer service three emails and no response. Another scam site! DO NOT USE!!!!

​I am extremely disappointed with Surveytime. I have $7.50 in my balance, but every time I try to cash out (via PayPal or BTC Lightning), I get a "Status Code 400 - Client Error" message. I have tried using the mobile app, Chrome on Android, and a desktop PC, but the error remains. This is clearly a backend issue with my profile's data syntax on your server. Your support team is not responding to my emails. Please fix my account so I can withdraw my hard-earned money.

Yup, is it any wonder that even TrustPilot issued a warning about how these guys breached their terms of service? They are clearly cheaters with fake reviews because, like the true negative reviews, these guys didn't pay me out. They asked for verification and asked me to send my ID when NO OTHER survey company does that, only to let me "cash out" after without sending me my money. I never received the supposed "confirmation email" upon withdrawing. It's been over 3 days now. "Tommy" from Surveytime is a bot, so there's no actual customer service. Just do not waste your time here and DO NOT send these crooks your personal information. Scammers.

I am extremely disappointed with SurveyTime. I have over $5 USD stuck in my account because of a "FormatException: Internal Server Error" during ID verification. I’ve sent multiple emails to support (Tommy) since March 30th, but I’ve received ZERO response. To make matters worse, their support email addresses now bounce back as "Address not found"!
While they completely ignore my payment issues and technical bugs, they have the nerve to send me "Happy Monday" push notifications asking me to do MORE surveys. This is a total scam and a waste of time. Do not trust this app until they fix their server errors and pay their users!

UPDATE March 11: CAUGHT RED-HANDED. I tried to withdraw again today via LNURL. My wallet (Wallet of Satoshi) explicitly showed the error: "User balance is too low". This is a 100% technical proof that Surveytime's payment gateway is EMPTY. They are generating fake QR codes while having zero funds to pay out. This isn't a "technical glitch" or "pending status"—this is a deliberate scam where they collect your data but don't have the money to pay you back. I have all the screenshots of their empty balance error. STAY AWAY!
UPDATE March 6: STILL NO PAYMENT. After the first fail on Feb 25, the balance was returned. I tried again on March 4 via QR code/LNURL, but it’s stuck in "Pending" again. I sent all screenshots to your "Tommy" bot on March 4th (23:22) but haven't received a human response. It took 2 years to earn these $5.35 through tiny surveys, and now I've been waiting for weeks just to withdraw them. Fix the LNURL gateway and pay me!

My payout of $5.35 has been stuck in "Pending" status for a week now. I have already completed and passed the full ID verification (Face ID/Passport) previously, so there should be no reason for the delay. I've tried contacting support via email multiple times, but I haven't received a single response. For a service that advertises instant rewards, this is very disappointing. Please check my case and release the payment.

Please, don't trust this site, used to work very well years ago but recently they don't pay. My last two payments have failed without any explanation; They don't have a customer service email, is impossible to comunicate with them. Don't lose your time here please!

My request for payment through Paypal is always ends up failed. It's been like this for months now.

I do not recommend it. More than 45 days have passed and they have not paid me. Then the process was suspended and I sent them several messages, but they do not respond to them.

Totally waste of time. If you have enough time to waste just create an account here and successfully make waste. Verifying IDs and disqualifications is very normal here.

I am participate lot of service something 136 but only completed 6 and earn only 1.83 dollar. No ask any question survey screen out all the time I think this is scam. Please do not work in this site.
