Surveytime 

I think they are legit. I received my 1st payment from them, but after they verified my identity and after 6 days. They informed me that payment processor is having some issue and payment is delayed. I gave them 4 stars because not very good customer support.

I started answering surveys way back in 2021. It was nice before they paid $1$ for every study and sent it directly to PayPal. However, now things have changed. They are not paying anymore $1, instead of .01 to .09$ only, and it's a very long survey.

They will ask for verification before payout. But unfortunately till date I have not received any mail from them for verification.
My suggestion is not to go for survey with them.

This used to be a legitimate site but now it is dead. I tried to cashout after reaching 5 dollars, which is the minimum payout amount now. After the request, I was asked to provide an ID for verification and I did so multiple times. It has been a month already and no cashout payment and it seems the site does not allow me to log in to the platform anymore.

This company used to pay but now they don’t I can’t get my$5 and am very disappointed!!

Be careful with Surveytime! It took a long time to complete enough surveys to claim payment. This time I was unpleasantly surprised, authentication was requested. When I passed that too, instead of payment, a new inconvenience. I can't log in to the application, neither via Google nor via email... I sent an email asking what was going on, but no response at all. I'm still waiting for an answer from Surveytime or an email from Paypal, but...

Previously everything was running smoothly, there were no problems with the payout process, but after they asked for ID verification as a condition for being able to pay out, suddenly I was logged out of my account and when I tried to log in it always failed, and worse, my money was lost.

used to be cool, now they require identity validation (personal id both sides + face scan) which alone is suspicious bc they dont properly show own identity on the website, it all hidden, and also last time i tried the validation they require FAILED and after 10 days after i contacted them that the validation does not work (tried 2x, always says ok but is NOT SAVED if done in their app in adroid) im still waiting to get the payout to buy some games but i still got nothing... and they dont reply with any proper response to WHAT IS THE ISSUE.

So i tried using websitte, there dialog asks if resend email with the validation link, clicking says SENT, but never received to my gmail inbox... (yes i checked spam folder too)

I loved the site before, i filled up a survey and i received the payment (0,5 - 1 euros) in no time to my Paypal. However, they have changed the system, the surveys generally pay less and the minimum cashout is 5 euros. But that is not the problem here.

I finally collected the required amount and tried to withdraw. The first surprise came when i could withdraw bitcoin only, and only to a limited number of wallets (which supports lightning payout or wth...). Okay, no problem, i registered to one of them, and requested a payout.

I was surprised again when the site asked me to verify because its my first withdrawal. It surely was not, but hey, why not. But this verification -including live selfie and photos of ID - was a pain in the axx, and even when i thought i were done because the photos were taken, i was asked again to do it when i logged in the next day... So i have done it again.

The next day surprise again, i could not log in. I clicked on "forgot my password", i made a new one, and tried to log in, but it said the password is wrong...

I wrote to the support that i feel something wrong (fishy as hell), but there is no answer for 4 days, my payment is not sent for over a week now.

Guys, just avoid this site, i dont recommend it anymore...

Very hard to qualify fir surveys but i did cash out 2 times

They are plain scammers.

They screen you out near the end of surveys, the don't pay according to the time you spend filling out a survey, you can do a survey for 30 cents which takes an hour to complete which is less than other platforms.

When you come to payment they after a long time of filling out rip off surveys, the don't deliver payment. They use evasive tactics where they give you the option of getting Bitcoin only. You use the option, then they ask for verification. You verify then they log you out of the survey account.

The owe me 5 dollars for 3 months of doing surveys. But won't pay me. $5, they don't answer their emails, there is no easy transparent way to contact them.

Mind you they previously were the best but the fell of so hard they have become conniving and creeps that just want to sell you information to companies for free.

Anyone who is paying them should stop, use other platforms. In fact everyone who is paying them should stop, they a playing with people's time and with your money.

Something like this could mean they can just feed you guys false information and use our accounts to verify we are real people without paying us.

I have done 79 surveys of which I qualified for 9. I got paid for 6 and 3 surveys I never got paid for. I sent a support mail and 4 weeks later I had ZERO responses to the emails. I rate this site 1 star because it seems that some survey companies take advantage by not paying you and Surveytime is not interested in supporting you and the time and money stolen from you.

totally not worth it anymore since structure changed. spending a lot of time on surveys to get random rewards of cents in the end

I have earned around 18$ and I am not able to redeem it. While opening the site it was showing error message "Resolve your pending payment". While clicking it I got a message to verify the account and it was informed that a message will be sent to mail id for verification. But unfortunately I did'nt get any regarding the same

I verified my account yesterday, but I couldn’t log in today. I was ignored when sending emails. Please remove this junk website as soon as possible!

I can't get verified to claim my reward. It uploads the selfie and then nothing. Just an error. But the error is after the upload. I messaged the supposed support. Let's see.
Update: Still no reply 5/8/2024 Definitely scammy.

Amazing easy earning way source

This site used to be great. Now the cashout rules have changed and I can't even cash my reward, stating no payment options are available in my country. They used to have no problems with it a few months ago.

They now have Bitcoin which I do not have. I need my PayPal back, please!
