This company is a scam that steals our money and blocks our accounts for no reason. When we try to withdraw funds, they block the account and send their infamous message: "You've committed violations." Is this fair? I want my money back.

Waste of time
Many surveys were not available. On several occasions, I completed the whole survey and then it froze so I didn’t get any points. The amount of surveys that you have to do to cash out only to get five dollars is definitely not worth the time nor effort.

Good day.
Initially I requested that funds earned were to be sent directly to my bank account. However, I was told that the funds would be sent for an Amazon gift card. After reiterating that my request was to my bank account the matter was resolved in a timely manner. Correspondences were made to keep me updated.

Therapist bill
This is the only site that can send you over 100 surveys and you don't qualify for a single one. By the time you've watched untold whirling circles then you don't qualify messages you will have lost the will to live and need a private therapist. Complete waste of time

Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.
To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:
1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.

It is a great way to earn a little bit…
It is a great way to earn a little bit of side money. You cant really ever get too much. More often the not a survey will kick you out halfway through without any points and fairly often you will go through a full survey for it to shut you out or say "you dont qualify" after you spent 20 mins on it. It can be very frustrating. But you can get a little off of it and learn about some new things.

For years Branded was one of the best! Now my complaint is too often I committed commir 20-40 minutes time to honestly, thoroughly answer the questions to be greeted with the parting message "Sorry you are not qualified for this survey!
