Surfer SEO is a valuable tool for anyone serious about improving their website's search engine rankings.

The product is great. I could go on and on about it, but I think enough people will do that. I want to give them a review based on their customer support. It is hands down some of the best I have experienced. The support staff are friendly, funny, and amazingly helpful and will tell you exactly what to expect (ie if there's a wait time or that they need to check on something). They have a user group on Facebook that is filled with super smart and talented SEO managers and even the founder will answer questions or shoot you a message to get a little more info if you have questions. He's actually taught me stuff that wasn't even related directly to the product, just helping me understand some SEO concepts I didn't know at the time. Awesome people who truly want to expand their product, drive costs down (I swear it gets cheaper and more powerful every year), and be helpful to people working in a field that is filled with grey areas, half answers, and sometimes just wild guesses.

We use Surfer every day and recommend it to our clients. It is indispensable in SEO and content marketing, and the product keeps improving.

SEO Novice, but small business owner... Surfer makes it easy to write articles (manually or through their AI) that rank. Really easy to understand for people that are not SEO experts, and their keyword utilization tool makes this a "no brainer".

I should also mention that their tech support staff is really helpful and ALWAYS gets back to you. Just "re-upped" for a second year with Surfer.

Surfer is a mighty tool. It has the following capabilities: keyword research, SERP analysis, website content audit, content writing, AI writer, auto optimization based on competition on the first page of SERPs. To get all these in other tools, I would have to pay 2x or 3x more. Surfer is also very innovative and keeps rolling out new features. It is great how fast they caught up to competition. I love their frequent trainings, and the constant innovation introducing new features.

Been using Surfer for about a year and a half or two years now. Great app. Most of our best performing blog posts had Surfer involved. Good support and live training classes as well.

Solid results always. Learning curve not to be ignored though.

We use a bunch of SEO Tools for various tactics - Surfer SEO is one of our favorite go-to tools that allows us to understand keywords in relation to competition and the content needed to actually out rank them. Gave it a 4, only because the price could come down a little bit and they removed a tool that I liked using called GrowFlow. Overall this should be in any SEO agencies "tool kit".

The price of using Surfer SEO might pose a challenge, for businesses or individuals. Moreover getting the hang of it took some time to grasp and make the most of its functions.

In general Surfer SEO has greatly boosted my capacity to produce notch search engine optimized content leading to improved search rankings, higher site traffic and a smoother content creation workflow. Despite the time and financial commitment the benefits have proven to be highly valuable.

The tool itself is great and has already enabled better positions for several keywords.
The addition of the AI Jasper “Surfy” also makes a good contribution to simplifying the operation and creation of content.
The price for SCALE AI is definitely worth it.

But there are still problems.

Sometimes the Audit does not work, but the credit is still consumed.
"Oops! We couldn’t get data for this query."

For example, the generated article outline for the AI writer is incomplete, although the competition is checked in advance by audit, and it is already clear that 3k-5k of text is necessary, the outline and the AI writer only generate small texts with only 1.8k to 2.5k in the end. As a result, after the content has gone live and an audit of the page has been carried out, a complaint is made that the content is far too small and that 1.5k more text should be added.

Furthermore, the import of existing pages demonstrably does not work.
Although the page to be imported has no accordions and no text is held back by lazy loading, support insists that this is the problem.

The highlighting of words is also missing.
The audit also criticizes the fact that the texts generated by AI do not have any highlighting “strong, b” and yet there should be at least 70-130.

And if you keep doing the suggested Tasks, it realy helps growing. Also the new Auto-Optimize feature and AI-Content generator are over the top. worth every cent!!

Great, when you can log in. I've been locked out of my account for nearly a month, with no responses to my emails or social media messages. Given the cost, their customer support is lacking.
