Our smart meter installer, Owen Ward, got in contact 30 mins before arrival, as per the confirmation we were sent, this was within the timeframe we also had confirmed. He explained everything before starting, then got on with the install which was quick & tidy. Excellent, problem-free service

I would like to make a complaint on the mistreatment by your Enfield division Sure Serve company. It all started with a black plumber that came to my flat on 22/05/26. He used inappropriate language telling me I am not his slave, l found offensive as I too am black old enough to be his father. He was meant to replace my heating zone valve, but because of poor customer service by him this did not take place. Since then, the plumbers have twice called to me home outside SLA hours agreed, 0800-1300 that came at 1650 ish and another came at 1340ish outside the dates and time agreed by your customer service staff. I am unable to communicate via your staff as the communication has broken down and now communicate via L&Q. The staff are lying on their attendance report, stating NO ACCESS on several occasions and photo graphed my intercom stating they called me, but was a lie. Morgan Sindall tested my intercom and is working and I waited for the plumber inside. Please can you sort out these issues that has being going on for 32 days.

On Monday 29th June 2026 I had a gas and electric smart meter fitted by Dominic from Sureserve on behalf of Octopus Energy. His communication was great, contacting me the day before the fitting, on the morning and twice during the day to update me of his time of arrival as his previous job had overrun, When he arrived he was friendly, polite, courteous and professional. He pulled out all the stops with his service. A credit to Sureserve.

I have been without hot water for almost two weeks. I keep getting past from pillar to post saying they can't get hold of suppliers, They say they called me and it went through to voicemail this is an absolute lie. When i spoke to sureserve i was promised my number had been passed when spoke with 1st lot of engineers they had my old number, I can only assume the engineer that came back and said he called me had done so on old number, Since then i have been fobbed off. Terrible service.

Engineer Sian Highlands (hopefully we got your name right. If not, we were the customers seen at 07:30 in the N21 area) and installed a new boiler for us this morning with an apprentice; they were both brilliant! They arrived on time, and worked incredibly hard to get everything sorted for us - exemplary service. It was also very interesting seeing an apprentice get taught the ins and outs of boiler installation, too!

Absolutely lousy company been a joke from the start, the lies this company tell are probably on a daily basis, damaged my garden and denied it but they didn't know they were on camera, electrician just didn't turn up,with no phone calls customer support just fobs you off, and the job of 8solar panels still hasn't been connected up after 3 weeks this company must only survive on council contracts hence why we are treated like mugs your a disgrace to the working community and I do not need you to respond to this review with more of your bull....

We recently had a full heating system including boiler fitted by Sureserve, I have to say from communication through to installation the tram were very professional and helpful, a particular comment is added for Connor and Nathan the two heating installers who carried out the work, they are an asset to the company, as the quality of work carried, knowledge, and professional attitude these lads have is one of the best I have experienced, a pleasure to have in our home and cleaned up after themselves after the work which is a rare quality these days - thanks again.

The two technicians who came and worked throughout from 8.30am until after 6pm in 32°C heat. Yes THAT day in Scotland.🥵
Moving my boiler position , loft to kitchen and installing new pipework and radiators throughout. Very polite and attentive. Work ethic and finished job was first class . Hats off to you Jaimie and Jody.

I had an engineer come by this morning. His name was Grant McNeil (hi Grant if youre reading this!), really friendly dude, proper down to earth kinda guy. Although we had him booked in for 4 hours, he did the work in 2. He was super quick, easy to talk to and very approachable. Liked to answer questions, and was very professional.
