AVOID THESES COWBOYS had a new spring changed they didn’t put the bottom arm bolt back so drive shaft popped out on a busy road at night these bolts dont just fall out . Refusing to take any liability and just got fobbed off by them so do not take your car to this garage

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The guys are so good at their jobs so polite and explain everything clearly what needs to be done .
Collected from my house and delivered back to me usually the same day depending on what needs to be done. WELL DONE GUYS ( Customer for life)Graham

MOT and full service today at the Halifax branch, which I booked on line with no issues. Dropped of at 12pm. Had to have front brake pipes replaced but all done efficiently.

Brilliant garage, recommend this garage. It’s second time I’ve used the garage to have my car fully serviced, prompt and reasonable prices.

Fantastic group of guys. Nothing is too much trouble for them , they have looked after my car for past 8 mot’s, also a few repairs which are always done promptly and they don’t rip you off.
Would never use another garage.

Ladies should think twice before using this garage i took my car for a rattling noise the manager was extremely rude to me, i felt very intimidated, its of my opinion he was trying to make it seem like a big expensive job as i was extremely uncomfortable with the way he was speaking down to me so ii decided to leave without having the work done, i told my husband how the manager had spoken to me and he was very annoyed i had to stop him from going to the garage himself, i went to another garage and it was a small fix around £20

Called in today Xmas eve. Car was making a right racket. Thought it would be a new full exhaust. They looked at it and advised they could sort it. 20 mins later car was sorted. Cost 0.00 they said no charge. I was gobsmacked. I left a £20 tip which they didn't want to take.
I will definitely be booking in for my next service. Honest and efficient highly recommend.

Rang at 9am to arrange for rear brakes all booked in job done by 3 o'clock excellent service from the whole team.

Brake warning light came on so I called into the halifax site and got a great quote . I checked prices around halifax and surefire was the best ... so I had the work done straight away... Great service

Booked my car in for 1st service, friendly staff explained everything about parts used acceptable for car warranty and advice given for next service. Have used surefix for last 3 years price is lower than other companies but doesn't mean the service is reduced and always been super happy with service as a female you are always wary about being ripped off but no chance of that happening with surefix. Keep doing what you're doing lads

Had my air con on my Audi A5 fixed, was told by another garage it needed a new compressor at £800. Surefix did a diagnostics test and it was only the air con temperature sensor, so saved £600 including a full Regas! Bob 5* as usual with his service & price 👌

Took the car straight away, rang me to tell me passed MOT, mentioned advisories but not pushy about them, texted me when service completed and was ready for pick-up on arrival. Very pleased.

Excellent service, the team at surefix went out of their way to get my car in at short notice.
Fixed within a few hours and without been ripped off like I have in the past.
Highly recommend this garage and will certainly be using again in future.
