Ordered an einhell drill pack showing us in stock and advised that it was shipped. A week later was told that where they get their stock from did not have one available. Promise to refund still not arrived. It’s not a scam but it really isn’t honest to sell something that you don’t have.

Ordered on line 20 12 22, paid accepted, cancelled by seller 4 days later no explanation,nothing,no response to e mail,arrogant attitude.

Haven’t received my order and they are ignoring my requests to find out where it is

found what I needed and the ordering process was simple. my only issue was regarding delivery. i do not believe this process is clear. i thought i was receiving free delivery when in fact the order was for collection, which I had no way of doing. i phone the store and explained. the delivery fees were more than I was prepared to pay. At my request they cancelled the order and refunded my money. this was a simple and amicable process hence 4 stars.

After Storm Eunice we lost 4 fence panels, all the big chain stores where either out of stock or charged stupid prices. Then I remembered Sid Telfers went on line ordered the panels delivered next day. Brilliant quick service, delivered with a smile as well. Sid Telfers saved our day. They are only small local shop in Milton Keynes but well worth a look, they have a good selection of stock for almost every project.

Easy to order online, gave 4 not 5 stars only because I never got a delivery date and they just turned up. However that said, delivery was very quick within a few days so I’m very pleased. Will use them again.

The timber ordered was of good quality and delivered in the timeframe expected. Have subsequently visited the store was surprised to see that it was much bigger than first impression, with plenty of staff on hand to assist with my click and collect order, and other purchases

I was literally shocked by how quickly these guys delivered my goods. The wood was of good quality and is now a raised vegetable patch. I'm in need of some more and they will definitely be getting my return business!
